I haven't updated in a while and I am sorry but I came to this book specifically to say that is being discontinued. This book is now not going to be updated until further notice, if any.
I am very dissatisfied with the turnout so far and it has left me with no more ideas, furthermore, bringing me to my decision.
It is a possibility that I will try to completely re-write this but until then I bid farewell to this book.
