"Grim... old... Place... " Percy said slowly, before his lips curved into a mischievous smile, "Irony at its best-"
"Shhhh!" Moody hissed, "Not out in the open!"
The two demigods frowned, before he snatched the paper out of their hands, and swiveled around on his wooden peg leg. Hazel eyes lit up, hurriedly walking towards them as she whispered excitedly, "It must be some form of Mist!"
"What is-"
But Percy was quieted after looking back up at the rows of houses. A wooden door appeared out of nowhere, and as if it had been magic (which it 100% was), another house squeezed in between 11 and 13 Grimmauld Place. Battered windows and brick walls were pushed into view, the other muggle-homes seemingly not affected at all as their entire foundations slid elsewhere to make room.
"Woah..."
Moody was already at the door's threshold, standing observantly behind Harry and Lupin as they swung open the door. A silver serpeant-shaped knocker rattled as it creaked open, the shadows from the darkly lit interior being the only thing visible from inside.
Pink-Haired Lady hopped onto each of the stone steps, one by one, before she stood underneath the door as well. Then, she whirled around, facing the three demigods, "Well watcha' doing out there? Come on in!"
Her eyes were now a metallic-gold, matching Hazel's, which weren't any less creepy when she had mimicked Percy's just hours ago.
And the three demigods slowly walked inside, dragging their suitcases behind them. Annabeth was the last to enter, giving the street a thorough and skeptic glare...
before she turned around and the hall's shadows swallowed them whole.

"Oh, Harry! It's lovely to see you-" Mrs. Weasley began, about to pull him into a tight hug if it weren't for-
CRASH!
Percy stumbled through the door, tripping over what seemed to be an enormous lump of orange fur. The cat hissed, before all they could see was a blur dashing up the stairs.
"That thing nearly killed me!" He shouted, pushing his face off of the floor and hoisting himself back on his feet. But everybody else was paying attention to something else.
"Oh Merlin," Mrs. Weasly tsked, "Not again-" she began to scurry up the stairs, quickly followed by Lupin.
"Mudbloods! Filth! Vile half-breeds! How dare you set foot in the noble house of Black, how dare-"
The demigods held their hands tightly over their ears, until finally Annabeth sprinted onto the stairs as well. She tugged at the curtain, along with Mrs. Weasley, but it wouldn't budge.
The portrait, screeching at the top of her lungs, was of an old woman, wrinkled fingers reaching out as if to claw out their eyes. And as she began to scream, other portraits along the stairway woke to scream alongside her. That's when the portrait's eyes met Annabeth's, and with a newfound strength, she wailed even louder,
"And YOU! Scum not even deserving of blood! Freaks, I say! Freaks who dare walk among us! FREAKS who befoul the house of my fathers-"
She tugged onto the curtains harder, just as Percy fished the wand out of his pocket, and shouting one of his favorite spells, aimed towards the painting,
"Aqua Eructo!"
A powerful jet of water hit the portrait square in the face, droplets splattering everywhere on the canvas, causing the old woman to shut up momentarily,
