Apologies(?)

It had been a couple of days.

Rantaro was bringing Kokichi and Shuichi food while the latter two stayed in Shuichi's room all day.

Shuichi and Kokichi were watching troom troom rants on the former's laptop when there was a knock at the door.

Kokichi stood up and opened the door, "Rantar-"

Tsumugi, Maki, and Kaito were standing there.

"Eh?" Shuichi also walked over, "What're you doing here-"

Tsumugi bowed in a perfect 90 degree angle, "I am so so sorry! The prank went too far. I just acted without thinking!"

Shuichi blinked. Tsumugi lifted her head back up, clasping her hands together, "I understand if you don't want to forgive me, but I really am sorry!"

Kokichi held a hand up, "I can tell you're being genuine. I'll forgive you if Shu does."

Shuichi sighed, "I forgive you. Just don't do it again."

"I promise!" Afterwards, Tsumugi ran off.

Kaito and Maki both bowed, "We're also sorry."

Shuichi pat them both, "It's fine. I'm going to get breakfast."

He walked down the hallway, Kaito and Maki about to follow when Kokichi held them back.

"I know your apology wasn't real." Maki and Kaito froze. They turned back to Kokichi, who was glaring at them.

"You can't lie to a liar. I don't really care as long as Shuichi's happy though. But you better watch yourself." Kokichi quickly put a smile on his face and ran down the hallway.

Maki and Kaito looked at each other.
