I've decided that although small, trying to keep this every day is becoming quite a challenge with school in the picture. You may have noticed I've been missing days pretty regularily now.

Don't worry about me though! I started this for the reason of self improvement. I haven't asked those loved ones close to me, but I sure hope they'll say that they've been seeing an improvement in my mental health. I think so, at least.

I have an appointment set up with my old psychyatrist to see what exactly it is that was causing all these issues and to see if we can finally pin it down and stop it now and in the future. (My friends and family, as helpful and loving as they are, only offer comfort and reassurance, but not coping methods. They won't and haven't always been there because they can't, and I need to find ways to be able to cope when I'm alone.)

Either way, just keep being positive, guys.
