Most women are actually wearing the wrong sized bra. That can cause back problems and be quite painful.
In order to get the right bra, you need to know what size your bust is.
You can measure this at home with measuring tape, or go to a bra store. The bra store people are generally more professional and can get a better reading, but if you don't want people touching you in your jiggly area then it's easy to do it at home.
Okay, once you have your bra size then you can look into bra styles!
Push Up Bra
This bra is one that every girl should own at least just one of, because it's comfy and gives the girls a lift. It's padded with silicone or foam and it's not recommended for girls who don't want to show off their bust.
T-shirt Bra
This is the day to day, maximum comfort bra. These bras are for tight fitting shirts, because they don't have any seams and therefor doesn't create a line on your shirts. These bras are padded, and won't leave you with a visible nipple.
The Convertible BraThis bra can be anything, from a cross back (as shown above) to a single strap and even can be strapless. It's perfect for those who change their minds often or don't want to buy a bunch of different types. This is the all in one bra!
Strapless BraI personally hate the living hell out of these bras, but some people wear them every day. I feel like they are always slipping or suffocating me, so I only wear them on very special occasions.
The Bralette
The most comfortable and easiest bras to put on and wear, it has no underwire or padding, which can be a good and bad thing. Good because you can let the girlies breathe, and bad because it can show you nipple. Unless you are into that, #freethenipple!
Sports Bra
The sports bra was created to limit pain that most women feel when exercising by preventing the breast from jumping all over the place like a kid on Christmas morning. It's also comfortable and easy to put on.
There are plenty more types of bras, I'm sure. That's all I can think about, but go ahead and do your own research if none of the bras that I explained feels right for you.
Love always,
Lori.
