Chapter 20

One Month Later

[R5 was officially done with tour.]

Joann's POV

I woke up, and went to brush my teeth. I heard my phone ringing on the bed, but I ignored it. When I was done, I picked up the phone to see who called me. It was Rocky.

I facetimed him back.

Me: Hey! I saw you called.

Rocky: Yeah, well now that we are officially off of tour, would you want to spend some time here with me?

Me: Where?

Rocky: Here in Colorado.

Me: But Rocky, I-I can't. We can't live, you know together. We only just met a few months ago

Rocky: No, no. Don't worry, we have a guest room. We won't be sleeping together *smiles*

Me: Oh, but I, um

Rocky: Come on Joann! Your just making up excuses now! Remember during tour, I would always make time to see you, even if I was busy.

Me: *giving in* Sure I guess that's cool. I would like to get out of this filthy hotel anyways.

Rocky: Thanks! You have the address?

Me: Just text it to me.

Rocky: You think Kayla is cool with staying back in Maryland?

Me: I think so. I mean she just got out of a coma about a month or two ago, she has friends here, and I am 100% my dad will not let her go with me.

Rocky: Aww, that's sad. Maybe when you're going back to Maryland we can stop by her parents house.

Me: Sounds good. Kay, I have to go pack! Bye!

I hung up the phone. I couldn't believe it. I wanted to go to Colorado, but I thought in the back of my head, things are moving too quickly too fast. But in the front of my head I though, life is all about taking chances, and we won't even be sleeping in the same room. So, of course, I packed and was on my way.

I arrived about two days later and was welcomed by Rocky's mom.

Rocky's Mom: Well hello!

Me: Hi!

Rocky's Mom: You must be Joann! Rocky's girlfriend?

Me: Yes! That's me!

Rocky's Mom: Well nice to meet you Joann, my name is Stormie.

Me: That's a nice name!

Stormie: Thanks hun. Rocky and Rydel are upstairs. You can go if you want.

Me: thanks!

As I walked upstairs into Rocky's room, I was strangled to the ground from behind me.

Rocky: *screams* Joann, you're here! Finally!

Me: *laughs* I know! Do you mind helping me get up *laughs*

Rocky: No problem!

He grabbed my hand and got me up mid way, then let go of my hand. I fell on my bum again, but even harder.

Me: *laughs* You're such a douche, you know that?!

Rocky: Yup! *gets me up* But really let me show you around.
