Narrators POV

Ivar had begun to regret taking the girl with him.

The girl had broken free from the ropes and has been trying to get her hands on the Viking for the past 6 hours of their trip. She had come close a couple times only for ivar to scoot away.

She was stubborn. He had to give her credit for that at the very least.

"Would you stop?" Ivar seethed, keeping his eyes fixed on the book he was reading at the time. The girl growled and pushed her face up against the bars, finally grabbing ahold of his hair, tugging on it hard enough to pull him over to the cage.

He cried out as she pulled his hair so their faces were inches apart.

A low rumble emitted from her throat.

Ivar lost it. He took his dagger and stabbed her forearm. She howled our in pain, letting go of his hair and retracting her arm.

"You touch me again and you won't be alive." He seethed, tired from not only the long trip, but dealing with the girl for days on end.

The beast growled, angered by his actions, cradled her arm as she paced back and forth. Her eyes never left the Nordic Prince, as she searched for a weakness, a blindspot, anything that she could use to her advantage.

No luck. She huffed and sat back, deciding that her best bet was to wat for an opening and attacking.

Timeskip

There was nothing.... Varg couldn't believe it. Not one opening.

She growled in frustration as the men began to load the iron cage onto the boat.

"We sail to Kattegat!" Yelled a Burly man, his beard was long and his skin littered with faint tattoos.

The men around her began to bustle as the ship began to leave port. Varg turned and looked at what used to be her home, one last time before it disappeared from her view.

"Don't worry. Kattegat shall be your new home." The burly man spoke. His voice was deep and raspy. "My Name is Troels." She replied with growl.

The large man sighed. "We will reach kattegat in Two days time." He turned and walked away.

And so the boat sailed.
