And to the kid like me? Be yourself. You don't deserve the things that these people throw at you. You are not broken. You are not an abomination. You are not a disgrace. You are human. You deserve to be happy. You deserve love. You're not alone. There's people out there like both you and me. There's people here for you. Whether it be a teacher, a friend, a family member, a public support network, or a stranger like me. There is people out there who will love you and accept you as you are. You don't have to try to change yourself. It's not worth it. Do what feels right to you. Be happy. Smile real smiles. I know that it gets rough, I understand. But it's not always like that. Six months ago? I couldn't see myself getting through high school. But now? I'm starting my grade 12 year, I have a plan for university, and I know that I'm going to marry the girl that I love. Things get better, they really do. I know that it seems like it never will but it does. Keep your chin up honey, you've got this. Don't let them dull your sparkle; you were born to shine.Thank you.
