Clover's POV:

I woke up to the sound of rain hitting the windowsill. Gray light filtered through the curtains which is probably what woke me up. A pair of arms were wrapped around me, and my insides melted. The events of last night flooded back to me and I couldn't help the smile that spread across my face. Will and I officially became a couple; I literally felt like the luckiest girl in the whole world! I slowly and careful turned over on my side so I was facing Will. To my surprise he was already awake. A cute smile spread across his face once he noticed that I was awake. "Good morning, sweetheart." He said in his attractive morning voice. "Good morning to you too." I said as I snuggled into his chest and he chuckled lightly before he kissed my forehead lovingly. "Did you sleep good last night?" He asked me curiously as he played with my hair. "Yeah, I slept great. How did you sleep?" I replied, hoping he slept good as well. He said he had, and then he suddenly realized that I should have been at work right now. I told him that Oliver called into work for me to tell them that I was sick. We cuddled for a little while longer before we decided to get up. I got ready while Will went out to the kitchen to make us some breakfast. When I was finished I walked into the kitchen to find him cooking with a robe wrapped around him. "Hey." I said, hugging him from behind. "Hey, breakfast will be done in a little while." He replied as he moved the food around in the pan a bit. I walked over to the coffee pot and started brewing some coffee for us. He threw away some egg shells then washed his hands. My heart melted when he came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me like I had done to him. We stayed like for a few seconds before I turned around and placed my hands on his robed chest. He smiled down at me with a sparkle in his beautiful eyes, and what I did next surprised me. I wasn't sure where I got this sudden burst of confidence, but I sort of liked it. I trailed my hands down his torso and wrapped my fingers around the robe strap that was holding the fabric together that covered his body. I slowly untied it and let the robe come open to reveal his beautiful bare chest and torso. A small smirk appeared on his handsome face before he leaned in and quickly captured my lips with his. I placed my hands on his chest once more and kissed back. He gently pressed my body against the counter as he continued to kiss me. Our lips moved in sync, and it felt as or possibly even more magical than our last kiss. I wrapped my arms around his neck and tangled my fingers in his hair as he gently held onto my hips. He slowly broke the kiss before he leaned forward and whispered in my ear. 'If I wasn't worried about burning our food, I wouldn't have stopped.' He said as he slowly untangled himself from me and went back to cooking. My knees felt week and I was so amazed at the power he had over me, but I'm glad it was him rather than someone else. After the food was finished cooking, I poured us each a cup of coffee and helped set the table. It was weird not having Oliver here to join us, because I was so use to this sort of thing on the weekends. But it was good just being able to be with Will for once; it felt like forever since it was just he and I home alone. Before I got a job we'd have breakfast together a lot, but now things were a lot better. I was helping Oliver pay rent, buy groceries, and get gas for his car. Not to mention the fact that Will and I are boyfriend and girlfriend now. My life was looking up even though my future was completely unpredictable. Nobody knows what the future holds, but mine was really up in the air due to this Project Omneity stuff. 'Don't think about that right now, Clover. Things are going pretty good, so don't ruin it with over thinking.' I said inside of my head as Will and I helped each other clean up the kitchen. "What do you wanna do today?" He asked me curiously as we finished putting away the dishes. "I don't know, we can do whatever you want actually. It's raining, but I think it's supposed to clear up later." I replied, and we headed into the living room. We turned on the tv and watched the news along with the weather channel. After we watched everything we wanted to see, Will went to get dressed. Even though I loved him being shirtless I knew he couldn't stay like that all day, especially if we were gonna go out somewhere later. I watched a little bit more tv for a few minutes before I switched it off and looked out of the window. "Come on, I have something to show you." Will said, taking me out of my thoughts. "What is it?" I asked him curiously, and a smile spread across his face. "Well, It was supposed to be a surprise for you after you got off of work, but I guess I'll show you now since you're here." He said as he gently grabbed my hand and lead me towards the apartment door. I kept wondering what he had to show me, especially since my birthday is this weekend. My entire body was filled with excitement as he opened the door and we stepped out onto the stairs. "Oliver found me a couple of odd jobs to do for some people and I saved up the money I made to buy us a car," He said as the black Subaru legacy sitting near the curb came into view. "Oh my gosh! How did you get it here? Will, you didn't have to spend your money on a car! I was actually saving up to buy one myself." I said, astonished. I kinda felt guilty that he had bought the car with his own money, but I had a feeling that Oliver chipped in to get it. "It's fine. Consider it an early birthday present." He said as he ran a hand through his hair. I thanked him like twenty times more, which made him chuckle adorably. We ended up getting ready and heading out to test the new car. I made a little detour on the way towards town, and he seemed curious to where we were heading. "Where are we going?" Will asked me curiously with a smile on his face. "You'll see. I think you'll love it." I replied with a smile. I turned on the radio and after a while of driving through wooded areas, we finally reached our destination. I parked the car on the side of the road and got out. "Where are we?" He asked me curiously. "It's a place I use to come when I was younger. My mother would take my brother and I here all the time." I said. "You have a brother?" He asked with raised eyebrows. I realized that I never told him about my brother, but today that was gonna change. Now that we're together he deserves to know everything about me, even my troubled past. We walked into the woods to a small clearing that was full of life. We spooked three deer and two rabbits on our way through the tall grass. I laid a blanket on the damp ground and we both sat down. We soaked in our beautiful surroundings before I started talking. I told him about my mother's passing and the fall out with my brother, then I spoke about my abusive father. To my own surprise, I actually went into detail about the beatings my father use to give me. "Baby, Come here, you don't have to deal with all of that anymore. You're safe and sound here with me." He said as he wrapped his arms around me and comforted me. Once I calmed down it started to rain a little. The raindrops were cold, which meant that a cold front was moving in. I was glad, especially since it has been pretty warm these past few weeks. As we sat there I started to take my shoes and socks off. "What are you doing?" Will asked me curiously. "I'm doing what I always use to do when we'd come here in this weather." I said as I rolled up the pant legs of my jeans a little. I just rolled them up so my ankles were exposed a bit. I stood up and walked around in the cool wet grass. He chuckled as he took his shoes and socks off as well. We walked barefoot in the grass and he twirled me around a couple of times, which made me giggle. As we goofed off I ended up stumbling and falling into a tall patch of grass. "Oh my gosh, are you okay?" Will asked in a worried and slightly panicked tone. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just help me up." I said giggling. He reached down to take my hand, but I ended up pulling him down on top of me instead. He chuckled lightly, and I laughed too. He closed the distance between us and captured my lips with his, which made me melt. Every time we kissed it felt more magical than the last; I didn't even think that was possible. We kissed each other for what felt like forever, but I wasn't complaining. It was the best few minutes of my life. After we broke the kiss we gasped for air and smiled at each other with dazed looks in our eyes. He laid down on his back, and that's when I noticed something I hadn't noticed when we stopped kissing. A canopy of flowers and vines were surrounding us. It wasn't there before, and so I figured Will had done this while we were kissing. 'How did he do that?' I asked inside of my head. "Did you do this?" I asked him with a small smile on my face. "Yeah... I... I guess I did." He replied with a smile as he ran a hand through his hair. "It's so beautiful, Will." I said softly as I admired the beauty that was literally surrounding us. It kept out the rain, which allowed us to cuddle and kiss a little longer. A cool breeze started blowing, and I suddenly started feeling cold. Will made the vines and flowers move out of our way so we didn't have to tear or knock them down to leave. We went home and took showers before we changed our clothes, since they were damp and covered in plant residue. I made us some lunch, which consisted of hot chicken noodle soup, a sandwich, and a hot cup of tea. We filled our stomachs and watched some tv as we cuddled on the couch. Everything felt perfect, and I wished things could stay like this. I made sure to text Liv once I realized that Oliver probably didn't tell her I didn't go to work. She asked me why I didn't go to work, and I told her that I overslept. After we texted each other for a while we said our goodbyes, and told each other to have a nice evening. Before long, Oliver came home from work and none of us wanted to cook. Will suggested ordering some Chinese take out, and we agreed to that. Chinese food sounded great to be honest. I ordered our food and we just relaxed in the living room. Will picked out a movie for us to watch; he ended up choosing The Hobbit, which is a great movie when it's cool weather. Someone knocked on the door, and I figured that it was the delivery guy with our food. "I'll get it." Oliver said as he got up off of the couch. A couple moments later he came back into the room with a couple white plastic bags of food. He sat them down on the coffee table and we dug through the bags looking for the food we wanted. We ate and ended up watching all three Hobbit movies, which was great. Even though Oliver and I had to get up early for work, we were in high spirits. "I had a great day with you, Clover. I hope we can hangout with each other like this again someday." Will said as he and I cuddled up to each other in bed. "I had fun as well. Hopefully when I get my vacation days we can go somewhere nice together." I said. And he asked if I was bringing Oliver along as well; obviously I wasn't gonna let Oliver home alone, and he seemed even happier. We really did become a little family, and it made me feel so happy. We told each other to have sweet dreams before we fell asleep in each other's arms. It was a perfect end to a perfect day.
