Aspen's POVI was in the company. I couldn't concentrate on my paperwork. I was still thinking about Serena. I felt guilty. I couldn't continue it anymore. I didn't want to hurt her. She was so innocent. I couldn't do it to her anymore. I should talk to Carolina and say to her that I was planning to break up with Serena.
I grabbed my phone and called her.
"Hey, darling. I missed you." She said in a seductive voice as she picked up.
"Umm..." I mumbled. I breathed deeply, running my hand through my hair. "We need to talk. Can we meet today?" I asked.
"I can not. John is home." She said.
I breathed deeply, annoyed. "I am going to break up with Serena." I informed her.
"What?!" She snapped. "Aspen, we talked about it before. You can not do it. John doesn't totally assure. You should keep your relationship with Serena." She said.
"I don't care about John and his suspicions. I don't want to use Serena anymore. I feel guilty. Don't you understand it?!" I snapped.
"Darling, it is not for John. It is for us." She purred.
"I think we should talk about it too. I don't think I want to keep this relationship if we continue this way. I don't want to feel a bastard anymore. It is wrong. We lie to everyone." I admitted, running my hand through my hair.
"No, Aspen. You can not do it to us." She yelled. She breathed deeply and added. "Your naive doll didn't influence you in a good way." I clenched my fist. I didn't like when she tried to humiliate Serena. "Let's talk when we meet up. I will find some excuse to tell John and come to meet up with you. Love you. Bye." She said.
"Ok. Bye." I muttered and hung up.

I was waiting for Carolina in the suite. I heard a knock on the door. When I opened the door, Carolina gave me a broad smile. But it looked like a fake. Actually, the last few weeks just one smile had seemed sincere and beautiful; it was Serena's dazzling smile. The happiness filled my heart as I remembered her.
Carolina walked in and placed a passionate kiss on my lips. But I didn't feel the sparks like I felt when I was kissing with Serena. Her soft red lips and their effect on me.
What the hell with me? Fuck! Stop comparing them.
I gave myself a mind slap and pulled back.
"We need to talk." I said firmly.
"I missed you." She purred, placing kisses on my neck, running her hands through my hair.
I grabbed her wrists and pulled her back. She gritted her teeth.
"What is going on with you, Aspen?" She asked, annoyed and folded her arms over her chest, giving me a good view of her big breasts. But it didn't affect me as before. "We have not meet up for a week, but your naive doll managed to mystify you." She gave a sarcastic smirk.
"Don't call her like that. She is a good girl. And she didn't mystify me." I said firmly. She raised her eyebrow.
"Then prove it." She said in a seductive voice and wrapped her arms around my neck as she brushed her lips against mine.
Suddenly, her phone rang.
"Fuck!" She hissed and pulled back.
I ran my hand through my hair and walked towards the window.
"Yes, darling." She said as soon as she picked up.
I rolled my eyes, annoyed and went to the terrace. I didn't want to hear their conversation, Carolina's fake attitude. I closed my eyes, breathing deeply.
I opened my eyes as a hand rested on my shoulder.
"I have to leave." She said.
I breathed deeply. "We have to talk, Carolina." I said, annoyed.
"I know, but John is going to London. I have to go home." She said and leaned towards me as she placed a kiss on my lips. "He will not be here for a two days." She winked at me. "Bye." She placed a quick kiss on my lips and left in quick steps.
Dammit! I clenched my fist.
I went to my penthouse. On the way, I sent a message to Elva asking her to tell my parents that I was going to spend a night in my penthouse.
I poured a glass of whiskey for myself again and collapsed onto the couch. I was tipsy, I didn't remember how much I had drank.
Suddenly, the doorbell hummed. I stood up barely and went towards the door. I opened the door.
"Serena?" I asked, puzzled.
She looked so beautiful and sexy in her black mini dress.
"Surprise." She exclaimed cheerfully, giving me a wide smile and hugged me. I hugged her back tightly and buried my head into the hollow of her neck, breathing in her mind-blowing scent.
"Have you drunk?" She asked as she pulled back a little, still in my arms. I nodded, giving her a lazy smile.
She placed her bag on the table and sat down on the couch. "I was with Elva in the mansion. She told me you were staying here. So I decided to visit you." She said, smiling.
"I am happy to see you. I missed you." I confessed. She gave me a shy smile." Would you like to drink something?" I asked.
"Umm...red wine." She replied. I nodded.
I handed her a glass of red wine and took a sip from my whiskey as I sat down beside her on the couch.
"Thank you." She said and took a sip from her wine.
I was staring at her while she was talking about her day. But I couldn't concentrate on what she was saying. I wanted to taste her alluring red soft lips. Without managing to hold myself anymore, I cupped her cheek and brushed my lips against her lips, kissing her a demanding and fierce kiss.
A few seconds later, she responded to my kiss and wrapped her arms around my neck, pulling me closer. I gripped her hair as I deepened the kiss, lying her back on the couch.
