Serena's POV

I woke up, stretching out. As I remembered that today I was going out with Aspen, a wide smile appeared on my face. I was so excited.

I got up and went to the bathroom. After taking a shower, I got ready. As Aspen informed me that he was waiting for me, I grabbed my bag and left. We were going to the beach.

When I walked out of the gate, I saw his black Hummer parking away from the gate. As Aspen saw me, he got out of his car. I smiled at him as I approached him.

"Hey." He gave me a bright smile and kissed my cheek. "Let's go."

He held my hand, catching me off guard and headed us towards the passenger door. He opened the door for me, giving me his dazzling smile. I smiled and got in the car. He got in the car and started the car.

He parked the car at the beach. We got out of the car. He grabbed my hand as he headed us towards the ocean. We were strolling at the beach while talking, laughing.

Suddenly, Aspen wrapped his arms around my waist behind me and lifted me up

Suddenly, Aspen wrapped his arms around my waist behind me and lifted me up.

"Put me down, Aspen." I said, laughing.

"No." He said, grinning as he carried me towards the water.

"No. No. No, Aspen. Don't even think about it." I warned him as I guessed what he was thinking.

"How will you stop me?" He said huskily in my ear, chuckling.

"Aspen." I warned him again.

"Ok, let it be as you wish." He said, smirking and set me on my feet.

"You jerk!" I said and tapped his chest playfully, laughing.

He laughed and wrapped his strong arms around my shoulder as he pulled me into his chest

He laughed and wrapped his strong arms around my shoulder as he pulled me into his chest. I smiled, wrapping my arms around his waist. I leaned my head against his chest, closing my eyes, breathing in his musky scent while he was stroking my hair gently.

I was waiting for Aspen, sitting on the sand while Aspen went towards his car to bring a picnic basket.

He beamed at me and sat down beside me and put the basket on the sand. He pulled sandwiches, a bottle of orange juice, two glasses. We started eating.

"Look! There is a swing." I said as I saw the swing faraway. "Come on." I grabbed his arm, pulling him with me. He laughed happily and followed me.

I sat down in the swing. Aspen went behind me and started pushing me.

"Higher." I exclaimed, laughing happily.

He chuckled and pushed me higher

He chuckled and pushed me higher. I closed my eyes, smiling as the wind was hitting on my face gently.

He stopped me and said. "I want too." I nodded as I stood up.

When I wanted to walk away from the swing, he stopped me by wrapping his arm around my waist. He pulled me into his chest. I placed my hand on his firm chest, biting my lower lip. There were a few inches between our lips.

"I want to swing it with you." He whispered in my ear seductively. His breath fanned on my neck, sending shivers down my spine.

He pulled back and winked at me. I gave him a questioning look. He lifted me up and set me on my feet on the swing. I grabbed the robes. Then he climbed on the swing too. He gave me a boyish smile, standing so close to me and plunged his intense eyes into mine. I nibbled my lower lip, blushing. He started swinging us. We were laughing while swinging.

Aspen's POV

I was officially dating Serena. It had been a week since she accepted to be my girlfriend. But we were keeping it in secret from our families. I didn't want to involve them in it. Otherwise, it would be complicated. So I asked Serena to keep it in secret, and she accepted it and said that she wasn't ready to tell her parents about it now.

I liked spending time with her. We went to movies, restaurants, parks and so on. She was so caring, thoughtful, humble and compassionate.

Today we were going to the Central park for hiking. I got ready and left.

I parked my car a little away from their gate. I sent her a message and informed her that I arrived.

I got out of the car as I saw her. She gave me her captivating smile as she approached me.

"Morning, my sunshine." I greeted her and placed a soft kiss on her lips.

"Morning, baby." She said, smiling.

I opened the door for her. After she got in the car, I closed the door and walked towards the driver side. I got in the car. I winked at her and started the car.

We were hiking at the park, holding each other's hand.

"Aww. Aspen, look at it." She said, smiling happily as she gestured to a puppy.

I smiled at her. She was so affectionate, humble and caring. Making her happy was so easy. She even was happy with little things. She was like an angel.

I was staring at her, a sheepish smile plastered on my face while she was stroking the puppy affectionately.

"What happened? You are looking at me strangely." She asked curiously, still stroking the puppy. Her dazzling smile plastered on her face.

I shook my head, smiling. "Nothing."

I extended my hand towards her. She smiled at me and held my hand as she straightened. She placed her head on my shoulder. I placed a soft kiss on her hair and wrapped my arm around her shoulder.

After dropping Serena off, I went to the mansion. I directly went to my room. I stripped off my clothes and went to the bathroom. I turned on water and stood under the warm water, closing my eyes. The corner of my lips curled up as flashbacks from this morning ran in my head.

I wrapped a towel around my waist and walked out of the shower. I went to my room while drying my hair with another towel.

Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I grabbed it and looked at it. It was Carolina.

'John and I are going to the restaurant this evening. Be there with your naive doll. I will send the location.'
