TWILIGHT

In the meadows of a sunny morning.

I was a soft fragile flower.

My quiet world was like an new born spring.

I felt the peaceful air as I flowed with harmony.

Far away from the deep blue sea.

You were an destructive hurricane.

Your presence was a terrible sight to see.

You twirled closely to my land with your heavy loads of  rain.

In a woven web, I found myself tangled in your territory ;

For I was an helpless prey,

You were an hungry predator,

I tried to escape but nothing could avoid your penetrated stare,

For I was drowned into a dangerous trance.

I tried to hide from the shadows ;

So far away from your apocalypse,

For I was an little butterfly,

You were an huge thunder.

I was an damsel in distress ;

for the words I couldn't express,

on how you brought such misery into my life,

You were like an sharp knife,

as You dived deeper inside of my chest that made me so breathless.

You were always inside of my delusional dreams ;

Your presence was like an  golden gleams,

You were like an haunted ghost,

Just one step closer to your mysterious world : I felt lost.

Though, I can't avoid it all ;

Perhaps, you were there in everywhere I go,

For I was a mermaid,

You were an tremendous whirlpool.

No matter how many times I wanted to escape from you ;

I always put myself into a grave danger,

Because you were not an ordinary stranger,

For I was an spark of light,

You were an flame of fire,

As we get closer from one another,

We created an phenomenal wildfire.

Author's Note : to be honest, I'm not a fan of twilight, but I'm really fascinated the beauty of tragedy of this poem.

Yeah, this is another metaphorical piece I wrote, this is so not me, haha, but its an achievement for me to create something challenging like this one,  I hope I  successfully justified the whole concept of my poem.
