Harry's POV
I widen my eyes.
I can't believe this has happened.
"What about our soulmates?" Evie asked.
Fairy Godmother sighed.
She raised her wand.Suddenly fog-like lines joined us to other people.
Lonnie had an orange line joining her with Gil.
Doug had a navy blue line joining him with Freddie
CJ had a purple line joining him with Chad.
Harriet had a pink line joining her with Audrey.
Jay had a white line joining him with Carlos.
Uma had a grey line joining her with Anthony.
Ben had a light blue line joining him with Alicia.
I had a red line joining me with Evie.
And Jane's green line was faded and lead out of the courtyard."These lines, whoever your line is connected to is your soulmate for now" Fairy Godmother said.
Most people groaned with frustration apart from one squeal.
"Benny boo I'm with you!!!!" Alicia exclaimed, hugging him "I always knew we were made for each other"
Ben rolled his eyes and pushed her off of him.
I fought a smirk as she stared at him with shock.
Mal and Uma really did rub off on him.
"That means...mine is Mal" Jane said softly, looking towards the Isle.
"Can you sense her my child?" Belle asked.
Jane stood still for a second and then looked back at us.
"It's confusing, I can feel her but I can't...she's blocking me but it isn't her" Jane replied "I can sense really dark magic...I fear Maleficent has done something to Mal"
"We need to hurry" Ben said, trying to shake off Alicia who was gripping onto his arm "She will be hurt"
"But Benny Boo..." Alicia whined.
All the Vks fake gagged while the AKs rolled their eyes.
"Alicia, Mal is my friend and I will do anything to help her now let go of me now!" Ben snapped.
Alicia jumped out the way, scared at his rising voice.
"Let's go to my room and we can try and locate her with the enhanced map" Fairy Godmother said.
We all nodded.
"Now I know how everyone else felt when I called Ben that name" Audrey muttered as we walked off.~1 hour later~
Jane's POV
I sat quietly in my mother's office, tapping my feet on the ground.
My mother ordered everyone to talk to their soulmates.
While I'm trying hard to contact Mal.
I know she wants to contact me.
I can feel it.
But something's stopping her.
I can still feel her emotions though.
She's hurt, angry and feels betrayed.
Not a single happy feeling at all.
And that worries me.
"Jane?"
I looked up and noticed my mother looking at me.
"Are you okay dear?" She asked, concerned.
I nodded.
"I'm fine, I'm just trying to find out where Mal would be since the map didn't work" I replied.
"You sure it's not anything else?" She asked, slightly smiling.
I blushed.
When I first met Mal and she gave me a new haircut, I admit I did feel attraction to her.
But I knew it wasn't meant to be when Carlos started to talk to me.
So I ignored my feelings.
But now since we're soulmates...this is going to be a whole lot harder.
"My dear, you do not have to stres-"
"I'm the one who connected to Mal so I should be the one to help her, I feel useless!" I snapped.
My mother stepped back.
"Calm down Jane, your eyes are..." my mother said and then gasped "Green..."
"So the connection must be there" I heard Ben say behind me "When I was with Mal, I used to get pissed, my eyes turned green"
"But that's all because of your-"
"That's not the point" Adam said, making me look over to them "Mal has a connection with Jane, Fairy Godmother, is there a way for Jane to try and contact with Mal?"
My mother thought for a second.
"I don't know, I could send her in a dream but that would be risky" my mother muttered "I'll look through some books, otherwise everyone else but my daughter talk to everyone and ask if they've seen Mal or Maleficent, however, do not raise any alarms or Maleficent will know we're after her"
Everyone nodded and walked out the room.
I looked at my mother.
"Now, let's find something to try and contact Mal with" she said, smiling.
