15 years have passed since the arrival of Thomas and Percy's arrival on the Pony world of Equestria, and with other friends joining them as well.
Lot of things have happened to them, such as a BABY MANIA with all of the Mane 6 plus Amy Rose gave birth to children within a short time frame.
But all is not at peace, for the evil Queen Chrysalis has returned, who has swore revenge against Twilight and all of the ponies who caused her first downfall...

QC: Of Course. Anything to help me in my revenge against those ponies.
The Next Day...
Chief Guard: Your majesty! Bad news! Queen Chrysalis has suddenly returned!
Celestia: This threat will be dealt with at once. Bring in the bearers of Harmony. I want Chrysalis gone once and for all after today.
Later...
Twilight: Of course you need us.
Celestia: Take the elements of Harmony and banish Chrysalis. She needs to be banished now.
Pinkie: Okey Dokey!
After the meeting...
Twilight: We'll be back, Thomas. You stay with the kids and your friends.
Thomas: Ok.
Rainbow Dash: Catch ya on the flip side!
Twilight: Right. Let's Roll.
