*Louis' POV*

"Look, I see it! Daddy, there it is!" Oli squealed from the backseat.

I turned around and smiled at her.

"I see it, baby."

We had just pulled up to the fairgrounds, and Oli was excited to ride all of the rides. Harry had also promised to win her a big stuffed bear, which was sweet.

Harry killed the engine and we all exited the car. Oli ran up to me and grabbed my hand, looking up at me with a grin on her face.

"You excited?" I asked.

She nodded enthusiastically and practically ran to the entrance, pulling me along with her. I glanced back ag Harry, seeing him chuckling and jogging to catch up to us. Once he had reached us, we all walked on, into the fair.

"Oh. My. God! Lizzie, look at that huge panda!" A teenage girl said to- what I assume was -her little sister.

The younger girl squealed and cheered as the older one shot a squirrel gun at the targets, eventually winning one of the huge bears.

"I want one!" Oli gasped.

She turned to Harry and gave him puppy-dog eyes.

"Can you please get me the bear?" She asked in a cute little voice.

Harry chuckled and nodded, going up to the booth. He payed the man and started the game, shooting at the targets with the gun. It didn't even look that hard, honestly. I don't get why they would have such a bug prizefighter for such an easy game.

"Your Highness," Harry said as he came back over to us, bowing in front of Oli and handing her the stuffed bear.

It was quite funny, actually. The bear was almost as big as her.

We all walked around, trying out different games and riding aime of the rides they had. Soon, Olette started to look tired, so I told her that we'll ride a few more rides and then go home. We reached a carousel, and Oli perked up and begged to ride it.

"Okay, okay. Hang on."

I went over and payed the man for tickets, and went to wait in the line. Oli kept leaning on my leg, making me chuckle. The carousel soon slowed to a stop, and everyone got off. The new set of people got on, and we chose our seats. Oli got on a white horse, grinning with delight, while Harry and I sat on a bench that had what looked like big black knight chess pieces on either end. The ride started up again- after the announcer went over the rules and safety precautions -and Oli started giggling as we started moving.

"She seems to be enjoying herself." Harry whispered to me, chuckling.

I smiled and nodded, watching as Oli would wave at the people standing around the ride, watching their kids.

"Yeah, she's a lively one." I said, making Harry smile.

What I saw next scared the living shit out of me.

"Mummy! Mu-" The child's voice was cut off by a black leather glove-clad hand.

I stared in horror as the little boy- no older than four or five -was carried away by a man dressed in all black, his hood up to cover his face. Tears sprung into my eyes and I looked to Harry in a panic. He bolted up- ignoring the carousel operator's orders to sit back down -and ran after the man. I picked Oli up from her horse- along with her bear -and went after them. When I caught up to them, I set Oli down and scooped up the little boy into my arms, cradling him as he cried. Harry had the man pinned down, yelling at him for being a 'horrible mother fucker that needs to be hanged'.

"Sir, we can take him from here. Thank you." A policeman said to Harry.

Harry got up and came over to us, picking up Oli and hugging her tight. A frantic-looking woman came running over to us, tears streaming down her face.

"James! Oh my God, thank you for saving my baby!" she said as I handed her her child.

I just nodded and turned to Harry, leaning onto his arm and resting my head on his shoulder.

"It's okay, Lou. Come on, let's go home." he said softly.

*Harry's POV*

I sighed as I closed the door to Oli's room. I was glad that she was asleep, safe and sound. I went into the kitchen to see Louis on the phone with someone, a cup of- what I guessed was -tea in his hand.

"Yes, Mum. She's okay... I will... Okay, love you... Bye." he ended the call and sighed, looking up at me.

"You okay, Boo?" I asked softly, walking over to him.

He shrugged and set his cup down on the counter.

"I don't know." he mumbled.

I sighed and pulled him into my arms, holding him close to me.

"I'm sorry," I said sadly. "I just wanted to make it up to you and Oli. I didn't think anything bad would happen."

He shook his head and looked up at me.

"It's not your fault. Hell, if you hadn't taken us there, that little boy would still be with that man. He could have been seriously hurt." he smiled at me. "But you saved him. Thanks to you, he's with his mum, safe and sound."

I smiled down at him, taking in his words. I saw his eyes flicker to my lips, making me smile more. I leaned down a bit, placing a gentle kiss on his lips. I pulled away to see him grinning.

"I love you, Boo. So much." I whispered.

He just leaned in again, kissing me.

"I love you too, Haz."
