Somewhere New ( HP & 5SOS AU )

Chapter Four.

" Why are you so sweet? " I ask him, blushing. " Well because I think you're nice. " He whispers back , leaning in. Is he gonna kiss me?! Omg omg omg. I should probably lean in too. " Neva! " I hear someone yell. I snap my head behind me to see who's yelling my name. I don't see anyone.. Anyways! Back to the kiss! 
  He's just staring at me.. " What's wrong? " I ask him. " YOU NEED TO WAKE UP! " He yells in my face, standing up. Causing me to startle awake.

    I open my eyes to see Hailie, Luz, and Ray towering above my bed. I groan. " You guys woke my up from my dream. " I pout. Crossing my arms, and sitting up on my bed.
" ARE YOU FORGETTING WHAT TODAY IS?? " Luz asks, pulling me off of my bed and practically shoving my face into my calender. 
   " September 1st. Hogwarts! " Is written on my calender. HOW COULD I FORGET?! I look to my clock and it's 8:30. I'm okay. The train doesn't leave till 11, so we should probably leave by 10:30. Good, because that leaves two hours! 
    " Our parents are coming over around 10;15. So... Get ready! " Hailie says, pushing me towards my closet.
  " Good morning, Alaska. " I tell my snow owl, blowing her a kiss as I walk over to my closet.

    " Platform, 9 and three quarters should be... right, here? " Ray says with a questioning tone, looking up at the brick wall. 
   " Well, it's almost just like we imagined it! " Luz says, trying not to sound as confused as I feel right now.
    It looks almost just like it did in the movies. But now that I'm actually here, I'm kinda skeptical. " Dad. Are you sure you guys went through this when you were going to Hogwarts? " I ask him, tapping on the wall. " Somebody push a cart through it. " I whisper to the girls. 
    Ray and Luz decide to use my cart, of all carts, to push through. Alaska starts to flap her wings a lot, and she looks like she's freaking out inside the cage. 
  " It's okay baby, I got you. " I whisper to her, grabbing her cage to hold it. She immediately calms down. I seriously love her so much. She's the cutest! Like, sometimes I wonder would it would've been like to get a cat, but then I see how great Alaska is and know it was the right choice. 
She is absolutely gorgeous. I don't really like owls, cause they kinda scare me, but I actually really like snow owls, which is why I got Alaska.

    " INCOMING! " Ray and Luz yell in unison, and poof. They're gone. 
 I look at Hailie, and she looks amazed. And at the same time I hear small gasps from behind me.
I turn around to see four boys, maybe around my age, maybe a bit older, staring at our families and I. I'm about to turn back to the wall when they start making their way towards us.
    " Hi- " " Hey- " Two of the blonde boys say simultaneously, causing the four of them to burst into a fit of laughter. " Is it hi or hey? " They all say, erupting into another fit of laughter, causing me to even laugh. I set down Alaska so they won't lose focus. " Hello, uh, did you boys need something? " I ask with a friendly smile. One of the three blonde boys looks up at me with a smile, and I swear, for this split second, my heart.. fluttered?

    " Yea, actually. How do we get to platform 9 and 3/4s? " The one with the dark hair asks. He has sorta an, Australian accent? " Um, I know it's probably not my place to be asking anything personal,  but you guys have Australian accents? " I ask, carefully..
   " We're Australian. " Says the blonde one that made, my heart flutter..

I'm about to say something back when my dad calls me over, " I'm sorry, I have to go. Just do exactly what we do, and you musn't be scared to do it. " I tell them, grabbing Alaska and hurrying over.
    " What were you doing? " My dad asks, looking back at the boys who follow close behind.
" Nothing, just helping them out. " I say with a smile, taking Alaska and putting her on Ray's cart, and poof! 
  The Hogwarts express is like, right in front of me. This has to be a dream. I look around to see everyone giving their goodbyes, meeting new people, boarding the train, running around and just everything.
   " It's about time you guys made it to the other side! " Luz exclaims, getting her stuff out of her cart. " Hello Sergeant Mew Mew. " She whispers to her cat, blowing him a kiss.
" Okay ladies, I wish you all the best of luck at Hogwarts. Please, don't get into any trouble. " Scorpious says with a proud smile, right before saying his goodbyes to Ray.
" Yes. Please ladies, take care of yourselves. You may be able to only count on yourselves for the first couple weeks, maybe even months. " My dad says with a smile, giving me a hug and kiss goodbye. Thankfully I let all my emotions out when I said bye to everyone else back at the house. I really wouldn't want all these people to see how scared I really am about going.
  " Yes. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make friends. You ladies really should try opening up to more people other than yourselves. " Uncle Frank says, saying his goodbyes to Hailie.
  "  But you'll be away until Christmas break, so please try to behave. We wouldn't want to get a notice of any of you breaking the rules. " Scorpious says with a smile, saying his goodbyes to Ray.
" Well ladies. I guess this is goodbye. Please don't forget to call whenever you are able to! " Lysander says, giving his goodbyes to Luz. And with that the four of us board the train.

Michael's POV

   " Yeah mum, I love you too. " I say with a smile, grabbing all my things, and boarding the train.
" To a new beginning. " I whisper to the boys, looking around for an empty compartment. 
  " Over there. I'm pretty sure nobody's in that one. " Calum tells me.

As we're walking, the first thing I hear is laughter. It's pretty loud laughter too, considering the fact that I can hear it over all of these people talking.  I turn towards the direction I hear it and see four girls with all of their heads thrown back in laughter. One of them is covering covering her mouth and holding her stomach with the other. One of them holding her stomach with both arms. Another slapping her knee. And the final one holding onto the window and her friend's shoulder whilst stomping her feet. That's the one we talked to at the train station. I chuckle to myself, because their laughs are slightly contagious.

    " Michael! Over here! " I hear Ashton exclaim, waving over at me.
Right. I'm still in the middle of the hall. The moment I sit down, the train whistle blows.
The people in the compartment next to me start to cheer.

   After about an hour or two, someone knocks on your door. I look at the boys, expecting one of them to open it, but nobody does. And the dude just stands right outside the door, as if waiting for one of us to open it?
   The guy clears his throat, " Candy? " And with that, the boys and I rush over to open the door.
