Chapter Six

- JiHee's P.O.V -

We walked off the stage or ran to be more specific, while crying a mess. We stood in a hallway and tried to control our tears. I caught Areum walking away from us. I was about to run after her but Ghai stopped me.

"I'll go after her." She said and ran in Areum's direction. They stopped at a far corner but I managed to see them. Areum was crying so hard and Ghai gave her a comforting hug and started patting her head gently. Anyone would have mistaken them as sisters. Their friendship is just amazing. They are completely different but they are the closest two in our group. A smile found it's way to my lips as I watched them. I turned to see MinJee still crying. She noticed I was looking at her.

"Leave me alone." She said and covered her face with her hands.

"Come here!" I laughed and pulled her in a big hug. She laughed too as she hugged back.

At the end of the hallway I saw seven silhouettes. I couldn't see clearly beccause of the tears in my eyes. I wiped my eyes and got a clearer vision. They were looking around until they saw us and walked quickly our way.

"MinJee...." I nodded toward their direction.

"What are they doing here?" She asked a bit surprised. She quickly wiped off her tears.

"You guys are okay?!" Rm asked in pure concern.

"Did something happen up there?" Taehyung asked worriedly. I looked away from them, not knowing what to say. We all stayed silent leaving their questions unanswered.

"What happend?" Taehyung asked again.

Lia started shaking as she cried silently. I was about to comfort her but someone beat me to it.

"Don't cry, please. Nothing deserves your crying." Jungkook said softly to Lia and pulled in her into a small hug.

"I-I messed up a part, and I thought that was the end of the us and I ruined the whole thing, b-but they still cheered for us." Lia pulled away from the hug and explained.

"You actually reminded me of our first concert." Jungkook chuckled.

"Yeah I still remember when he was fidgeting like crazy and he was all over the place." Rm laughed and patted Jungkook's back.

"Look who's talking. You were the most nervous one. You kept going over your part for 50 times." Jungkook laughed too. We all chuckled including Ghai and Areum who joined us a minute ago.

"Honestly, it was the most scary experience I ever went through, but then it turned out to be fun." J-hope said.

We kept talking about concerts and their experiences. They exactly went through what we went through and even worse. They gained their popularity by themselves while we just went straight to performing in a big concert all thanks to them. They went through tough situations where they were really close to giving up. They told us how they were worried that they won't succeed, but they worked hard to earn this. They helped each other out and stood together, cheering each other. I started to be thankful for everything I went through. I think I couldn't have handled the situations they went throught well. It was a really nice conversation.

A yawn escaped my mouth. I felt really sleepy but I tried to hide it. It was too late as Jin already noticed.

"It became late now. You guys better go home and rest." Jin said and looked at me.
