CHAPTER 7

THE NEXT DAY
The boys and their kids come over as we let the 6 of them run wild in the backyard we are all sat on
the sun loungers. Jack says after a good 5 minutes of silence “Athena can I talk to you for a sec inside
please?” “yeah sure” I say as we get up and go into the kitchen “I know your pregnant.” Jack says as I lean against the counter “how did you come to that conclusion?” I mention trying to keep him from finding out “it’s not hard seeing as you refused to come to the last show even though it was here in
New York so I’ll say it again you’re pregnant aren’t you?” Jack says trying to get the truth out of me
“Yeah but you and Corbyn are the only ones who know, Corb has been trying to convince me to tell
you guys for about a month or so” I sigh in defeat “why didn’t you tell me sooner Athena I’m like
your brother? What did you think that we weren’t going to be happy for you and Corb? of course we
were it makes me feel like shit when you don’t tell me stuff we told each other everything growing up so why is this any different?” Jack starts to tear up “you remember when your dad did that 4th of July fireworks display?” I say bumping his shoulder whilst trying to make him smile “yeah that was
funny our mom’s ran throwing all the kids over the wall just so we didn’t get hurt that display was
the only one he ever did for the 4th of July” Jack starts to chuckle at the memories “or that time that he kept on burning the barbecue food and your dad had to salvage what he could just so that us kids
could eat” he brings up “yeah your dad always did things really bad” I smile. “hey guys what taking so long?” the rest of the boys come in with all the kids following them closely behind “are you two
talking about what I think you are talking about?” Corbyn says, I nod Corbyn smiles “Guys and
children I have an announcement I wasn’t planning on telling Amelia and Colton like this but it will
work…THERE IS GOING TO BE ANOTHER BESSON RUNNING AROUND IN ABOUT 4 MONTHS” I shout whilst Corbyn, Amelia and Colton come over to me hugging me around my legs and upper body. It takes Jonah, Zach and Daniel a second to process what has just been said once it has sunk in they all start smiling and cheering “about fucking time you told us” Jonah says “ow what was that for” he turns as Zach slapped him upside the head “watch what you are saying there are fucking little ears around” Zach says “hey watch it they are like parrots at the moment Herron if they start swearing guess who I’m blaming?” Corbyn tells Zach “You” I say with a hint of anger in my voice

ABOUT AN HOUR LATER

The kids are playing in the pool with Zach in there watching them as the rest of us adults are sat
there talking about baby stuff when all we here is “CANNON BALL” followed by a splash the kids scream at the sudden coldness of the water coming up out of the water is the joker himself Logan Paul “LOGAN” Zach screams “what did I interrupt something” he asks sounding very confused “yeah you did” I say sounding pissed “what, what did I interrupt?” he starts firing back “we were talking” Corbyn tells him “about?” he asks still sounding confused “a 7th maverick hope you have more baby grows in stock because we might need some” I tell him “mah boi smashed and got his girl knocked up…AGAIN” he yells at the top of his lungs “Logan if the kids start screaming guess who is watching
them? Because it is certainly not going to be me” all the adults including Zach says.

Another chapter out done and dusted oh little spoiler skate and the Omaha boys will be showing up very shortly
