*Nobody's POV*
"This isn't okay Josh!" Cece yelled at Josh. He was high, once again. He'd been getting high since she had gotten out of the hospital almost a month back.
"I don't care!" He yelled right back.
"I'm sick of you going out and getting high!"
"You don't run my god damn life!"
"I just want you stop," she said just above a whisper.
"Well I wanted our baby to survive! But did it?! No!"
She bursted into tears. "Fuck you! If you don't stop doing drugs we're done!"
"Bye bitch!"
She looked shocked. "W-what?"
"Get out."
"J-Josh-"
"Get the hell out!"
She looked at him for a minute, tears streaming down her face before she stormed out the door, slamming it behind her.

When Josh's high worn off, he realized what he had done. He couldn't live without her. He ran to the bathroom, grabbing the bottle of Advil.
Ryan walked in the door less than a minute after Josh put the bottle to his mouth.
"Josh?" He heard Ryan call, along with footsteps coming upstairs. He looked into the doorway of the bathroom. "JOSH NO!" Ryan shouted, running over and slapping the bottle from his hands. Josh broke down, sobbing heavily. Ryan held him. "Why Josh?" He asked.
"I-I fucked u-up Ry!" Josh said, barely able to get the sentence out.
"No, Josh it's okay."
"I'm not her b-boyfriend any-anymore!"
"Oh Josh, everything will be fine."
"NO IT FUCKING WON'T!"
"Calm down, you'll be fine. It'll be fine. Shhhh," Ryan comforted him.

Cece ran through the front door past Layla sobbing.
"Cece?" She asked. Ce completely ignored Layla, running to the her room, into her bathroom. Cece grabbed a blade.
"Cece?!" Layla shouted, running after her. "Cece what's the matter?!" Layla yelled, banging on her bathroom door. When she finally got the door open, Ce had cut her wrist deeply three times. "CECE!" Layla screamed, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around Ce's wrist. "Come on, let's go. I'm taking you to the hospital!"
"No! Layla I'm not going! Get out!"
"Yes Cece!"
"No! Let go of my arm and get out of here!"
"I'm not leaving this room and letting you bleed to death!"
"And why not?!"
"Because you're my sister and I care about you!"
"Great, now get out!"
"What happened?"
Cece was caught off guard. "What?"
"What happened?" Layla repeated.
"Josh and I were fighting...a-and we broke up. H-he told me to-to get out!" Cece broke down, sobbing.
"I'm so sorry," Layla said, making sure she kept pressure on Cece's wrist. "But Ce you have to go to the hospital, you need stitches."
"No. I wanna die," she cried out. Her voice was so sad and desperate that it made Layla feel like her heart was breaking.
"Cece I'm not telling you again, let's go." Layla said sternly.
"O-okay," she said as Layla helped her up.
"Everything will be okay Cece, don't worry. Remember what you said when you were in the hospital? 'Heartbreak doesn't last forever.'"
