Destiny's POV

I changed Carly into her little dress that had a Christmas tree on it. I put red flats on her with white socks and her been sparkly headband in her little brown hair. I put my green Hollister shirt on and my jeans and red converse. I put Carly's jacket on and Niall walked in.

"Ready?" he asked and he stood by me helping me get Carly's jacket on. "yeah I'm ready I just have to get my jacket on. He picked up Carly and I it my jacket on. We walked outside and me and Niall had already put the presents in the back earlier. Niall put Carly in her car seat and I got up front then Niall got into the driver seat.

We drove to my mums house, tomorrow we were going to Nialls.

We got out and I took Carly in.

"Hey mum." I said

"There's my girls" she said taking Carly and kissing my cheek.

"I'm gonna help Niall with the presents so I'll be right back" I said

"Ok hun" she said taking Carly into the living room.

I walked back out to the car to help Niall get presents

"Mum got carly?" he asked.

"Yeah" I said grabbing presents.

We walked inside with them all and sat them by the tree. "hi Niall" my mum said coming in. "hi" he said as she hugged him.

"So dinner will be done in a few minutes" she said.

"Ok, where's carly?" I asked.

"She's in the kitchen" she said.

I walked into the kitchen and she was playing in the food. I ran over to her.

"Oh baby girl your all messy" I said getting paper towels.

Niall walked in "whoa what happened." he said rushing over to us.

"She got into all the food she's only 1 she can't be left alone with everything" I said.

We wiped her off and I brought her into the living room niall following.

"What happened?" my mum asked looking a her messy dress.

"Take a look at your food" I said walking and sitting on the couch.

She walked into the kitchen "oh my heavens!" she yelled

Niall sat by me.

My mum came back out. "well we don't have any meat for Christmas now." my mum said. "You gotta keep an eye on her." she said .

"Me? you were the one that had her in there" I said.

"Well she's your daughter" she said

"But you were responsible for her while I got the presents" i said.

"But she's not my daughter." She said.

I handed Carly to Niall "your her grandma you should be watching her! she will rely on you if the rest of her family were gone!" I said.

Niall put his hand on my shoulder trying to get me to calm down. "d it's alright we will go to my mums house for tonight if we have to." he said glaring at my mum.

"No I shouldn't be yelling" I said and I put my hands into the palms of my hands.

"No sweetie I'm sorry I shouldn't of said that you should've been watching her, I know I should've been watching her." she said

"Ok just forget about this and let's open presents." I said and got up.

I grabbed gifts and handed them out. after we were done it was around 11:30. we already ate and now were just hanging out in the living room.

Carly was asleep in Nialls arms.

"We better get home" I said

"Ok hun have a good night" my mum said hugging me

"Thanks love ya" I said.

"Love ya" she said.

She kissed Carly's head "night niall" she said as we walked out the door.

Niall placed Carly in her car seat and then he got up front. I put the presents we got in the back and I got in the drivers seat.

Niall leaned his seat back and he fell asleep. the drive home was about an hour and a half drive.

I parked the car. "Niall" I whispered and shook his shoulder a little. he woke up.

"Hmm?" he said sitting up

"Were home sleepy head." I said
