I have read many crossovers and they are always that MC from one universe goes to the other or both universes are mixed together.
What I haven't read is a crossover where only one universe's bad guys show up and how the other universes heroes deal with it.
One of my favourite crossovers is PDxYJ, so what I imagine is everyone in Young Justice trying to fight Box Ghost. I don't believe that they can't beat him, THE MASTER OF ALL THING SQUARE AND CARDBOARD, but they'd have troubles with not beeing able to contain him.
