I DO NOT OWN HAIKYUU!! OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS

I pat my pants and suit pockets only to realize he took everything. My credit card, keys, ID....everything.

"Damn...", I groaned.

What am I going to do?

Kageyama's pov

I had dragged myself from the alley and was going to continue toward the nearest hospital. I was in great pain, but I'd finally reached a small infirmary. I trudged to the glass doors only to realize that it was closed. Shit.

Now what do I do?

This city is too big to travel to the main hospital. And in my condition, it's impossible. I would call 911 but that damn mugger stole my phone as well. I'd ask someone else to call for me, but you can't trust anyone in this area. My only option left was to go home and attempt at recovering there. But he took my keys as well.

"Goddammit!!" I screamed before kicking a trash can, only adding to my current pain. I clutched my leg before walking back into the path of my apartment. I'll see if I can beg my locksmith to make me a new key.

I was more than half way there and I could finally walk with only a slight limp. It wasn't as painful anymore mostly because I was used to the sensation by now. But now, it was easier to walk and was able to go faster.

I traveled down the sidewalk and spotted my apartment complex in the distance. I began to pace quicker, eager to get help soon. In the corner of my eye, I spotted something peculiar. I turned and realized a beautiful shrine was established between two ugly houses. It defiantly stood out, thanks to its vibrant colors.

How have I never noticed this before? Was it just built? No, I would've seen the construction workers and machines. How come only until now...?

It was pretty but I decided it wasn't worth my time in my current dilemma. I was about to walk past it, when I could've sworn I felt something blow on my ear. I whipped my head at the ticklish feeling. That was weird...

I usually don't believe in superstitions but..I could use some luck right now. Good luck. Maybe I should pray at the shrine for a bit. It just might help. Might..

I stood at the base of the temple and prayed for about a minute before leaving.

"Oh please, gods who are above, please give me a miracle of some sort. I'm begging you, I don't know what I'm gonna do. Everything is gone. I can't go back to my job and I probably won't be able to get into my apartment. Please..give me a miracle.."

"Hinata, why did you blow into his ear?" a minor god asked the orange-haired boy.

"Because he's cute", Hinata gave a toothy grin, slightly blushing.

"But he's a guy.."

"Your point is..?"

"..."

"I think I wanna help him. He did say please", Hinata sprawled onto the floor, thoughts filled with the raven-haired guy.

"...B-but you're not a full-fledged god yet, Sawamura-san will get mad for interacting with humans-"

"Who gives a crap, I can do whatever I want, when I want" Hinata triumphantly said while the other boy had a frightened look on his face.

"Huh? What is it-" He was cut off short when he felt an evil presence behind him.

"Uhh..", He turned around only to be face to face with a grim-looking Tsukishima. Hinata cowered from the terrifying aura he was giving off.
