10. Injury

I woke up to a soft warmth underneath me and my arms were wrapped around a moving body.

"so warm" I mumbled quietly snuggling into the back underneath me

I noticed Fubuki's ears go red at my statement and smiled, he really was so adorable.

"we're almost there" he whispered to me

I could see a slight light in the distance, it was the building we were staying at, I was happy to be home.

"do you mind if I put you down here?" asked Fubuki worried "I don't want the others getting any ideas"

I just nodded my head as he let me down, still holding onto him for support.

"Um Thanks for everything Fubuki-kun" I smiled at him "I really appreciate it"

Fubuki just grinned and we continued to walk towards the door.

As we reached the door, we were bombarded with members of the team all speaking excitedly at once.

"you guys were insane!" squealed Kabeyama

"I do admit you were good but me and my darling would have been much better" smiled Rika looking over at ichinose who just looked away uneasily.

I just smiled tiredly at the noise and tried to block it out for a moment before slumping a bit in Fubiki's arms.

"Whats wrong?" Asked Fubuki, a worried expression on his face.

Kidou picked up on my discomfort immediately and rushed over to me

"We need first aid!" he ordered, nodding at his sister

Natsumi and Aki helped to quieten down the team as the coaches were still sleeping and everyone was staring in worry as Haruna rushed over and gently rolled up the tights on my ankle.

All I could hear was a gasp and I looked round to see everyone with shocked expressions on their faces, I looked down to see my ankle, heavily bruised, the skin turning slightly blue and throbbing.

"oh no" I managed to breathe out in horror, I didn't think the damage would be this bad

Someoka stormed up to Fubuki anger all over his face

"HOW COULD YOU LET THIS HAPPEN TO HER" he demanded grabbing him by the collar of his shirt

Fubuki was just staring at the wound in surprise, "I had no idea..." his eyes were downcast, and it looked as if tears were forming

"Someoka, cut it out" said goenji, restraining him "it's not his fault"

Someoka just put Fubuki down and angrily stormed off.

Meanwhile Haruna was shaking as she tried to treat my wound.

"I.." She whispered sadly "ive never treated something this bad before, I don't know if I will manage"

Everyone began murmuring about potential solutions in fear until a voice spoke up.

"I can treat her"

We all turned around to see Sakuma rushing towards me.

"ever since I damaged myself from using the forbidden moves I've become well versed with leg injuries" he looked down at me "I think I should be able to handle this"

I let out a massive sigh of relief as I held out my ankle to Sakuma who was now crouched down and attending to my bruises.

I winced in slight pain at his touch
