*Connors POV*

After a few minutes of running I was able to find Kaylee. She was crying an I didn't know why.

"What's wrong?"

"Well to be honest I just heard about this."

"What?"

"I going to move back to Michigan."

"Why? You don't have to."

"Your right I don't have to but I'm going to."

"Ok just tell me why."

"My friend Dana got into a car accident." She said in a soft voice.

"So what."

"Connor I guess you don't understand, she was a orphan and she lives on her own and her adopted parents died so I'm the only one with her."

"Does she have more friends?" I asked.

"CONNOR. Put yourself in her shoes she is a ORPHAN! Everyone bullied her. I'm leaving in a week that is that I hope you understand plus she is parlayed (only the wasit and down)."

Tears stared to run down my face. I didnt like that she was leaving but I understood why she "had" too.

*Kaylee POV*

Connor walked home with me. We didn't talk at all during the walk. It was dead silent. When we reached my porch, we faced each other, stared into each other eyes.. and we kiss. At that moment I knew were I belonged and that was here. So I call Dana and told her I wasn't moving back. She begged and begged me but I didnt give in then I hung up.

"So this means your staying and we are boyfriend and girlfriend. "

"Both yes!" I smiled and we kissed again and he left.

*a few years later*

This was Connor and I's 4 year anniversary. We went out to eat at Olive Garden then we took a walk along the beach. A mile or so down the beach Connor stop me and stood in front of me. He said.

"I remember the day we told me you were moving back to Michigan, then you canceled." He got down one knee. "I have love you since and long before then. Kaylee will you do me the honor and being my wife?"

"Oh my goodness Connor.. Yes!"

After that long yet amazing day. Connor drove me home. Kiss me good night and left. Then I went to bed. We texted back and forth about the wedding. We have the details.

Day: 7/7/18 (In one year)

Time was still unknown

My dress.. White of course and the bridesmaids dress would be Pink and tye dye is feel with teal at the bottom. The bridesmaids would be Dana, Alyssa, and Hailey. The best man was gonna be Ricky.

Then we stop and went to bed.

I got a call at 7:11am. It was a unknown number. But it wasn't a restricted one. so I didn't answer. The number did leave a voicemail. I listen to it.

"Hello Kaylee, this is The Dyer Hospital in Indiana. We call you because your friend Dana was in here for 4 years because you couldn't come live with her. So we watch her. Well about 1 year ago something was wrong and we didn't know what it was so she died. At this date July 7 2018 7:27pm and the funeral is for August 2 2018. The staff and I are sorry for your loss."

The voicemail ended and I cried and cried until I stop a little bit. The I call Connor. I stared to cry just like I did when I got the voicemail.

"Hello"

"What's wrong babe"

"Dana died. I knew I should have move. Omg"

"Kay it's not your fault"

"It kinda... Im calling it a break for the wedding we can't have it on my best friends death date."

"Alright love you!"

"Love you to Connor!"

"Bye"
