Chapter 4

- (A/N) -

SORRY I DIDNT UPDATE FOR A FEW DAYS AND THE LAST CHAPTER WAS SHORT, my friend told me to add romance but I wanna take things slow so I was out doing research (yes researching romance)! Also this girl keeps coming to my house everyday waking me up and leaving at like midnight so I have no time to write! (¬_¬)

- On with the story -

I've never run this fast before, as if getting there any quicker will help. What am I supposed to even say? Oh I just purposely exposed my identity to a human girl, they don't know her like I do... then again I barely know her at all! Fuck! I trip over a branch on the ground and start tumbling down a hill... then everything goes black.

I hear the sweet voice of a girl singing a song;

"Mom, please wake up, dad's with a slut, and your son is smoking cannibis

No one ever listens, this wall paper glistens, don't let them see what goes down in the kitchen"

I look around and find Anastasia sitting on a tree stump staring at me.

"That was you singing right?" all she does is nod.

"You actually have a really pretty voice, but uh what are you doing in the woods?" Ana looks at me with her dull brown eyes and replies

"Making sure you won't hurt my sister." She brushes her hair behind her ear and offers me a hand.

"How long have I been out?" She puts three fingers up.

"Shit I really need to go." When I'm about to run off Ana tugs at my sleeve.

"Where are you going?" She looks away flustered.

Has Mad told her yet? Oh god what should I do?

"Well y-you see Mad found out a secret of mine but it's a dangerous one... so I have to ask my boss if it's ok she knows" That's good enough right? I'd say that's pretty much what happened.

"I already know the story I just, want you to take me with you... if they make you like kill Maddy, pretend I'm the one who found out and kill me" tears are welling up in her eyes, how did this turn emotional so fast? Not knowing how to calm her down I grab a hold of her hand, I can feel the warmth of her palm flowing into my cold one.

"Your hand is actually really cold" She then puts her free hand on my face and pouts.

"You're as cold as ice, aren't you ever cold?" She questions me, all I can do is shake my head no I don't feel cold... Because right now all I feel is her warmth. The tears haven't stopped falling but she seems to be feeling better, we just stand there hand in hand when she lets go and wraps her arms around me for a short few seconds. I hear a faint

"Thank you" and I catch her scent... She smells like Mad, the faint smell of Lilacs, I wonder what she's doing right now? Is she ok?

"I've decided I'm ready, let's go to the destination now." Ana states and starts marching onwards, I stand there lost in thought and then jog over to her.

- ARRIVAL -

It took us forever since Ana's dress kept getting caught on branches but we finally got here.

" Oh Benny, hey you know how for years you've talked about that girl you saved?" I look and see the King of Jackers standing in the doorway, I just cross my arms and look at him.

"Well I'm taking care of your rival! You're welcome buddy ol' pal!" He starts laughing maniacally, then suddenly stops.

"Who's this little girl you have behind you?" he peers over at Ana who is only a few inches shorter.

"I'm A-" Ana starts but gets cut off

"ALICE? You do look like an Alice, it's a pleasure to meet you Alice! Would you like some tea?" The Kind of Jackers goes on about her being Alice... god this guy is obsessed with anything thy had to do with Alice in Wonderland. Then again her name is Ana, she does have that Golden long hair and she does look comparable to a beautiful doll.

"I'M ANA!" She yells in an annoyed tone

"And what do you mean 'taking care of a rival'?"

"That annoying boy Zach has his eyes all over Madeline, and he started hunting me first so I'm defending myself, and doing you a favor!" The King of Jackers laughs.

"If you kill Zach I won't be your Alice!" she crosses her arms and looks away.

"Wow I've never been played by a teenage girl, fine I'll spare him... but that means we must have tea parties and you must wear those adorable dresses of yours, they look absolutely mad!" He squeals in delight, ugh he's so annoying when he talks about this stuff... With Ana distracting him I'll go and ask Slendy my question now... I hope this will be ok.

- ANOTHER (A/N) -

Sorry it's short but it's like 2 in the morning and I'm tired (O_O) yeah um no there's not any romance that I'm planning between Ana and Ben but like he was just trying to comfort her, since she was crying, so he held her hand and he was just thinking about it because it's his first time doing such interactions with people... and King of Jackers will still be involved in the story I'm just not having him kill Zach... and if you didn't get it, Nick and Zach are CreepyPasta hunters! But idk you'll find out Graces view on it too yeahhhhh
