I need a place of my own. Living with Haymitch was impossible. He was a straight up slob.I couldn't take anymore of it.
"HAYMITCH!!!" I say sounding very angry.
He couldn't even hear me because for the fourth time today he was knocked out.so I decided to do to what katniss always does to wake him up, throw a bucket of water on him and then take a few steps back.
"What the hell?" he says to me drenched in water.
"I have an idea" I said while he literally ripped his shirt off and try to wipe his face with it then throws the shirt in the corner.
"This place needs to be clean..." I say stopping myself and looking at haymitch's blank expression.
Okay then, if you wanna clean this place then go right ahead just don't ask for any of my help"
"But it's your house" I say to myself.
I ignore his comment and just walk away. I decided to go to the woods to get my head straight. Maybe I'll see my catnip there but she was not there today. I don't know why, she was always in the woods.
As I lay on the grass, the sun in my face, I close my eyes and all I could think about was katniss. I still don't know what she sees in peeta. If it wasn't for katniss, he would be dead right now. Rotting in the ends of the earth. I know that was harsh but I didn't care. I loved katniss first before the war ended, before the hunger games and even years before. I've been in love with her since I first met her. It was like love at first sight.
I didn't want to tell katniss what was going on in my life back in the Capitol. I didn't want her to know she was the reason me and my girlfriend broke up.
*** flashback***
"What did you just call me?" kiana (ex-girlfriend) screams very angry at this point. I had called her katniss my accident and she flipped. But I understand because it wasn't the first times i called her katniss. Ever since katniss chose peeta, I have been trying everything to get over her. I had even decided to start dating.
"I have had enought of this. Gale Hawthorne we are over." she said stopping out my home. I had lost another beautiful girl because of my obsession to be with katniss. I don't know if I would ever get over her. That's when I decided I needed to visit district 12.
