Thea Wallace's life was complicated. At Midtown, she was the most popular girl at school. She was head cheerleader, she was on the decathlon team, and everyone simply adored her. She always had a smile on her face but at home it was a different story. In reality, Thea's father was missing for a good two weeks, no one had known except for Thea and her family along with the police and she was failing her classes.
That is until Ned Leeks offers to tutor Thea so she doesn't fail and can pass. With each lesson, Thea finds herself falling for the boy despite everyone telling her otherwise, but not everything is what it seems.
