Katherine Harding* had always decided to follow in her father's footsteps somehow. He had served in World War One when she was only 3 years old. As an agent for the Strategic Scientific Reserve, Katherine was sent to many locations to gain information by espionage. In 1943, the SSR had decided to send an agent into the 107th Infantry due to the fact that their super soldier had a friend who was assigned there. It was Katherine's job to make sure that Sargent James Barnes stayed alive and safe to ensure the cooperation of Steve Rogers.

― Katherine* definitely finds herself struggling with the fact that she could never enlist into the army even though she loves her job as an agent at the SSR.
― She has a dislike towards Bucky at first because of his flirtatious actions towards her
― The two of them would share a kiss when the infantry decides to have a few too many drinks before Bucky goes missing.
― Katherine* could possible receive any super soldier serum that Howard has left from Erskine
― This can be a stand-alone or move into further movies (only if she receives the serum)
― Katherine* never officially becomes an Avenger until Infinity War (if you extend it past a stand-alone)
― Her and Bucky's relationship is quite rocky and if it's a stand-alone, they should never officially become canon
― The two of them had talked about where they would have liked to meet if they never entered the war and it would be Ocean Boulevard in New York, hence the title name
