Description and Effects: Soothsayer is one of the quirks Yoake is most proud about. This quirk allows Yoake to tell if someone is lying or telling the truth. She is able to tell by hearing their heartbeat while they are talking. She doesn't constantly hear their heartbeat, but she does when they speak. This can also be used to compel someone to tell the truth easily. The person Yoake uses this quirk on will not be aware when they are being forced to speak the truth. When Yoake stops using the quirk, the effected person will have no memory of speaking the truth. There are no limitations for how long Yoake can compel someone nor is there limitations for how many people she can compel at the same time. This quirk overrides others that may make someone believe something other than the truth, no matter what quirk someone has, the heartbeat she hears will always be correct. The quirk name 'Soothsayer' is normally the term for someone who can see the future, but this term is referring back to the Middle English definition 'person who speaks the truth'.
