Japan: Meeting You

You sighed happily as your best friend and current crush excused himself to go to the bathroom. His name is Alfred F. Jones. The good-looking blonde who calls himself the hero. You were currently over at his house, playing some video games together. You planned to confess to him today when the both of you are watching a movie later on. You started to play with your (h/c) hair as you waited for Alfred to come back.

After a minute or so, Alfred had finally came back from doing his who-knows-what-business in the toilet.

"Sup dudette! Sorry for coming back late I had a-" His sentence was cut short when his house's doorbell rang. "Coming!" He shouted towards the door. He looked over to you and told you, "I invited my other friend Kiku to join us today! You don't mind, do you?"

You stayed silent, trying to process what Alfred had just said. "I invited my other friend Kiku to join us today!" kept replaying in your head. "Oh, it's alright! The more the merrier!" You told him with a smile. Alfred nodded and flashed you his famous breath-taking smiles and walked to open the door. As he left, you straight away went to Total Depression mode.

"Ahhhh, what should I do?! I planned to confess to him today..." You said to yourself as you sighed. "Guess my plan's all ruined...." You mumbled and buried your face in your hands.

"-[Y/N]! Earth to [Y/N]!!" Alfred shouted.

You snapped out from your depression mode and turned to look at him. You saw another guy with him, to which you assume was Kiku. Kiku looked kind of cute, with his short black hair and his brown eyes. He smiled softly at you while you continued staring at him, a blush visible on his cheek. You too blushed and looked away.

"Y-yeah?" You replied your best friend.

"This is my cool friend! He's from Japan! Kiku!"

You stood up from your seat and walked over to the both of them, "My name's [F/N] [L/N], but you can just call me [Y/N]." You said as you took out your hand. Kiku stared at your hand for a little while before grabbing it gently and introducing himself.

"Kon'nichiwa [Y/N]-san... I'm Honda Kiku, but please, you can just call me Kiku..." Kiku introduced himself with a cute japanese accent.

You gave him a grin and asked both males, "Are we gonna start the movie or we're gonna play more video games?"

The both of them looked at each other, sending different looks then they looked at you,

"Video games duh!"

It has been two hours since the three of you started playing video games. The three of you took turns playing [random game i dont even know] and now you were sitting behind Alfred and Kiku, watching them play.

Over the past two hours, you and Kiku had gotten closer to each other somehow. He's that type of guys who doesn't always smile so when he flashed his cute smile at random times, your heart would just skipped a beat and your stomach flutters.

What is that feeling you have around Kiku? Those who are inexperienced in this topic called Love wouldn't know but you on the other hand, knows what this feeling you're having was.
