Chapter 63. I Love You.

When I woke up my husband wasn't next to me and I found a note laying on top of the pillow in his handwriting.

My love,
Taking the kids to my parents house so we can have a few days to ourselves, be back soon with food also. Love you gorgeous.
- Corey.

I smiled as I put the note down and getting out of bed. I walk into the bathroom turning the lights on, brushing my teeth, taking my clothes off and starting the shower then getting in.

I let the hot water sink into my skin and feeling the stress off my body. First I shave my legs, shampoo and conditioner my hair then washing my body as well.

Once I was done I turn the water off and wrapped a clean towel around myself. I plug in my hair dry, turning it on then drying my hair. I turned off the dryer then putting it away.

Then I plug in my curling iron and setting the temperature on it. While that was heating up I pull out my makeup bag and getting the stuff I need and I began to do my makeup. Once my makeup was done I put it away then began to curl my hair.

I turned off the iron and unplugging it. Then I turn off the bathroom lights and walking into the bedroom. I put on a white star black sweater, sweatpants, rosary necklace, wedding ring, two heart ring, earrings, watch and a bracelet.

I heard the front door shutting as I slide on my gold sandals then walking out of the bedroom going down the stairs and walking into the kitchen seeing my husband with breakfast from McDonalds

I heard the front door shutting as I slide on my gold sandals then walking out of the bedroom going down the stairs and walking into the kitchen seeing my husband with breakfast from McDonalds.

Hey don't judge me I love their pancakes, Hashbrowns and sweet tea!

My husband walks over and kisses me, "Good morning." He says.

"Morning." I say wrapping my arms around his waist.

"It's been a while since we actually had some alone time." He says then takes the breakfast out of the bag and putting it on the counter.

"I know, the only time we have alone is when the kiddos are sleeping." I say and sit on the barstool.

He hands me my pancakes, hashbrowns and orange juice then I took a bite of my food. "Does it taste good?" He ask.

"Yep." I say.

"So what made you go through McDonalds on the way back?" I ask taking a sip of my drink.

Corey Graves POV:

"So what made you go through McDonalds on the way back?" She ask taking a sip of her orange juice.

"Thought I about you and I figure that I would surprise you." I answered taking a seat next to her and taking a bite of my pancakes.

"Awe!"

I smile and lean over then kiss her, "Maybe we can get out of the house for awhile. I mean the only time you go out is with me and the kids." I suggested.

She nods, "Yeah we can do that, but I'm not changing my clothes." She says and I chuckle.

"That's fine, gorgeous." I say.

Both of us finish our breakfast and I opened the sliding door and walk out sitting down in the long chair. A few minutes later my wife sits in between my legs with her back against my chest.

I move her hair to the side leaving a few kisses here and there.

"I really don't know how you ended up giving me a second chance to make things better again." I said.

"I mean everyone deserves another chance to make things right before calling the next step, you know." She says.

"Even though I mess up big time, you still gave me another chance." I said.

"I know. I could've just took the kids and leave but I chose to stay work out our problems." She said and kiss me.

True.

A Few Hours Later:

Taylor and I were putting the groceries bag in the back of the car, once they were in she got in while I was putting the shopping cart away.

I quickly got back to the car and I got in then starting it. As I put the car in drive I heard my wife sighs.

"I don't need her shit today." My wife mumbles.

"What the matter babe?" I ask.

"Just got a text message from Mandy and saying she was to talk." She answered.

"Oh boy."

"What should I do?" She ask then adds, "Because I have three reasons, one I can woman up and talk with her or two I'm gonna go jail or I just won't go."

Ah shit.

"Well it's totally up to you on how you want to handle this situation, I know that I'm the one who cause all of this." I said.

"I know but I will think about it." She says and I nodded.

As I drove into the driveway I turn the car off and both of us got out and grabbing the groceries bags and putting them inside on the counter and I made sure to luck the car.

Once all of the groceries were put away I found my wife laying on the couch relaxing, "Is there anything I can do for you, gorgeous?" I ask.

"Just lay here with me?" She says.

"Sure."

I took off my shoes and lay down next to her then she lays her head down on my chest as I run my fingers through her hair.

"I love you."

"I love you too, gorgeous." I say and kiss her with so much passion and love.

She really didn't have to stay and giving me another chance but she did. Now as I look at it we both want our marriage to last forever until death.
