"Don't call me that, asshole. I am not your princess, nor will I ever be your princess." My response was met with a series of gasps and nervous looks. Although they didn't seem to be worried for themselves, they were worried for me. Without dwelling too much on that fact, I returned to glaring at Sir Assclown, only to find him looking extremely amused.
"We'll see about that, Princess." With one final wink he turned on his heel and sauntered off with Barbie and what seemed to be his entourage trailing behind him. It was only when I felt an arm slip around my waist that I realized that I was about to lunge towards him. I fought against my restraint for a second before I recognized Michael's voice.
"Calm down, Angel. He's not worth it." His words were met with my head being slammed back into his face. Unfortunately, he was able to move his head out of the way before I caused too much damage. He knows I hate it when people tell me to calm down and for some reason it just pissed me off more when he said that Assclown wasn't worth it.
"Damn it, Angel. I'm not going to let you go until you stop." Unfortunately he didn't have a broken nose, yet. But if he didn't let go of me soon, he would have one. But right as I was getting ready to snap my head back again a growl was heard from the front doors of the school. Looking up I saw Barbie trying, and failing, to calm the assclown down. The weird part was his glare was set on Michael's arm, the one that was still firmly set around my waist. My confusion skyrocketed when he shook his head and turned his glare to me before walking inside the building.
"What the hell is stuck up his ass?" I questioned breaking the surprised silence that fell over the crowd. When no one even blinked I decided to take things into my own hands. And me being me, I slammed my head back into Michael's face, this time though he wasn't quick enough to move, so my head collided with his nose with a sickening crack. After that it was like somebody pressed play on a remote because one second everyone was frozen and the next all heads were turned toward us as 'Hael pushed me away from him and started spewing curses. Any normal person would have tried to kick my ass and never speak to me again, but my friendship with Maria and Michael was anything but normal. We have all been best friends since the day that I showed up at our old school. We were only 15 at that point and when I showed up Maria was being slammed against the lockers and felt up by a guy even though she was saying no and Michael was being ganged up on by 3 guys. I still don't remember what happened to this day, all I remember is walking down the hall, and the next thing I knew the guy that was feeling her up was unconscious and his three buddies were running away. Ever since then we've been inseparable, and along with being inseparable we are able to kick each other's asses without getting butt hurt. Hell, goddess knows how many bones we've broken getting into one of our 'little disagreements.'
"Well, come on slowpokes. We don't got all day." 'Ria yelled at us from her spot by the doors. Shaking myself out of my reverie I started towards her, only to stop in my tracks.
"Do either of you know where the front office is?" They only shook their heads in response.
"Okay, well we're screwed."
"Yup." With a shrug of my shoulders I walked into the building. Immediately we were swept up into the stampede of students. After being elbowed and almost pushed over by multiple students, one dude even elbowed me in the head which isn't that hard to do considering I'm only 5'0, I put my concert skills to work and shoved my way through the halls. With Maria and Michael following me, we ignored the protests and found the office. Only five people were in there, a hazel eyed brunette man that was actually quite cute and a brown eyed red headed girl were behind the front desk. The other three were two blonde haired guys and another brunette with a bright pink faux hawk.
"Excuse us? We need our schedules." Maria, being the politest one out of the three of us, was the one to try and get their attention. All we got was an apologetic look from the brunette behind the front desk while the red head continued to stare at the three boys in front of him. She had to have been in her late twenties to early thirties, wearing a way too small white blouse and despite the other cliches that she was fitting, her make up actually wasn't that bad. She seemed like she could be a nice woman if she wore clothes that actually fix and didn't waste hers, and more importantly my, time perving on high school students. So, pushing past Maria I walked up to her desk and slammed my palms down getting everyone's attention.
"She said we need our schedules. So quit perving on guys that you have absolutely no chance with and go get them."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me." After one final glare from me, she got up muttered a 'Whatever' and walked to the back room, "See Maria? It pays to be a bitch."
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever."
"Don't you 'Whatever' me, young lady."
"Young lady?! I'm older than you." Before I could reply I was stopped my the clearing of a throat. Turning towards the source I noticed all the boys in the room, minus Michael since he was used to this by now, looking at me like I was insane. The brunette opened his mouth to speak but was cut off by the office lady walking back into the office with an apprehensive look on her face.
"She read our files," I thought, "Lovely." With a smirk I reached out and took the schedules out of her shaking hands.
"C-can I-I get you anyt-thing else?"
"Nope." Popping the 'p' I handed M&M their schedules and after quickly looking over them, we were on our way to our class. Luckily, we had most of our classes together. When we walked in the door to one of the science rooms everyone stopped to look at us, except the teacher who just told us to take a seat. Looking around the room we started walking toward the clump of desks in the back of the room that everyone seemed to be avoiding at all costs. I sat in the middle with Maria on my left side and Michael on my right, ignoring the murmurs traveling around the room about how we are either insane or brave to be sitting here, we pulled out our phones. Maria went on twist, Michael went on Facebook, and I opened Wattpad, after ten minutes of reading the door opened once more. When I looked up I was met with the sight of the asshole from the parking lot glaring at me again.
"This is gonna be fun." I thought as him and his friends started making their way towards us.
