This is a Blue Exorcist chapter, for those who don't recognise the characters. You probably do, but it's just to be on the safe side. This was requested by DeathBoltTheGod... yes, I know. He always seems to be the one with all the requests done... but he keeps nagging me! It's not my fault! Honest! Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
Being a devil in the human world is hard. You have to stay undercover, not do any mischief, and not possess anyone! It's so hard! I hate being banished from Hell! It's not like it was my fault that Satan's favourite tea pot broke... ok, maybe it was, but that's not the point!
I was currently in the supermarket. Not much going on, which was annoying for me. However, I bottled it up. I was buying jerky. Lots of jerky. And when I say lots of jerky, I mean LOTS of f*cking jerky. My basket was full with only that. Beef Jerky. I love being a carnivore! Haha!
Anyway, on my way home— yes I have a home. It's a flat on the 3rd floor of a big tower. I digress. On my way home, I noticed exorcists moving around quite a lot. They seemed troubled. Exciting! Although I didn't want to mess with them! I mean, if you're both banished from Hell and Earth, then you die. That's it. Kaput.
There were two women fighting quite ferociously, I would say. They fighting off what looked like... a... behemoth? Really? What an odd thing to find here. Oh wait... that's right... I was meant to be brought back to Hell today... sh*t! I guess I would still be banished for a while... humph!
Back to the fight however, the exorcists seemed to be winning. Shame... Oh well! Not much I can do! Well, that behemoth should return to Hell either way, so he should be fine. I, on the other hand, would be dead. Hurray for me...
One of the two aforementioned ladies fighting the demon finally got a finishing blow in and sent him back to Gehenna. Oh well. I guess it was entertaining for a moment at least.
I walked past all the exorcists and into the building. They didn't take too much notice of me, for the most part at least. The two females who were good at fighting stared at me as I passed, probably shocked that a simple civilian was so calm at a time like this. Oh wait... humans can't see demons without being attacked my one. Almost forgot about that one.
Up the stairs I went, climbing them two at a time. The lifts were broken, sadly, so I had to climb. Luckily for me, demons only really get tired when they're about to die or when they're sick. I should have been fine. Emphasis on the "should have". I accidentally tripped backwards and fell all the way down the stairs.
On the way down, I saw those two women pass by in a flash, look at me, then continuing on their merry way. Perhaps they live here? Hmm... dangerous... should I leave? Nah!
