Part 4

“Can I look now?” Tom kept his hands over your eyes as he steered you towards a building. You kept laughing as he steered you, bumping you into objects once in awhile. “Ow!” “Sorry, Darling!” He stopped moving, and left you standing in what you assumed was the final destination, he moved his hands to your shoulders. “You can look now.” you opened your eyes to see yourself standing outside on a roof with a table, cushions, and food out in front of you. “Tom? What’s all of this?” “Well, It's your birthday, I wanted to do something nice for you, and I know how much you love sunsets so, I did this.” you grinned happily before tightly wrapping your arms around him giving him a tight hug. “Thank you Tommy, you’re so sweet.” he smiled as he hugged you back even tighter. You both had some food before you both sat on the edge of the building looking out towards the colorful sunset, you laid your head on his shoulder as he wrapped his arms around you holding you tighter. “Thank you, you’ve made this the best birthday ever.” he smiled looking down at you before resting his head on yours. “Of course love, anything for you.”

You spent the next couple weeks mostly in your room, but you still went out and took walks on the beach, sometimes with Harrison or sometimes alone with your thoughts. Though he would still sometimes drag you out of your room and take you out to town, sometimes with the family. You haven’t seen much of Tom since the family dinner incident, but when you did, neither of you said anything, you would look at him hoping for him to say something but he kept his mouth shut and his eyes focused elsewhere.

You were spending you afternoon sitting on your bed reading your favorite book, with the windows open as the ocean breeze moved the curtains around giving you a sense of relaxation. You groaned as you heard a knock on the door, jogging over to the door you opened it to see Harrison with a grin on his face. “We’re watching a movie, come downstairs and watch it with us.” you sighed as you pinched the bridge of your nose, “Fine! But only cause you wont leave me alone.” he grinned proudly before heading down the stairs, you rolled your eyes before closing the door and making your way down the stairs. You made your way towards the living room before freezing as you saw Tom laying on the couch not taking his eyes off the Tv, you glared at Harrison, he grinned and patted the spot between him and Tom signaling for you to sit down, you glared at him again before slowly making your way to the couch and sitting down, you shifted uncomfortably before turning your focus towards the screen. You looked over at Tom once in a while hoping for something, he kept his eyes towards the screen looking over from the corner of his eyes at Harrison, who kept glaring at his and sending “signals” with his eyes. You paid no attention towards the movie as you were either lost in thought, or looking over at Harrison sending over weird facial expressions towards Tom, ones that he assumed you couldn’t see. You sat uncomfortably as thoughts of your childhood memories with Tom and Harrison took over your mind, thoughts that Tom seemed to forget or ignore. You sighed as you quickly stood up from the couch. “I can't do this! I don't know why I thought I could. I have so many memories of us! Memories that you seemed to just throw away!” you made your way towards the front door slamming it on your way out. Tom and Harrison both sat in shock from your unexpected burst, they sat in shock for a couple minutes before Harrison turned his body towards Tom sending his an angry glare. “Are you happy now mate! It's been weeks and you still haven’t talked to her! Don't you see how much its hurting her!” “Dont you see how much shes hurting me!” Harrison stopped, leaning back as he saw tears form up in his best mates eyes. His eyes hardened again before wiped his eyes, and glared before he stood up and made his way up to his room. Harrison leaned back into the couch running his hands over his face, “Why is this happening?” his head lays in his hands before he jerks his head up as he hears the door slam close, he walks over to the door and sees you on the ground with tears all over your face as loud sobs escape your lips, he drops down next to you holding you close. “What happened? What’s wrong?” more sobs come from you as you break down even more. “My family Harrison. They’re dead.” you barely manage to get to words out as you stutter and more sobs escape from you. His eyes widen as he holds you closer. “Do you want me to-” “No. I need to talk to Tom, now!” he nods as more tears roll down you face, he helps you off the ground and sighs as he watches you make your way towards Toms room.
