After that day at the lake, you and Tom spent all your time together, when you weren't working on the movie together of course. He even convinced you to make a bucket list, you didn't want to at first, but Tom said he wanted to do everything you ever wanted with you, so you did.
You both were going pretty steady, soon enough you finished the movie and were going to the red carpet premiere, you both answered some questions and took some pictures together in which he had his arm wrapped around your waist the whole time, you both stood there smiling until he let go of your waist and kneeled down on one knee and pulled out a beautiful ring, at that point you forgot you were in front of hundreds of people, tears ran down your face as it was just you and him, of course you said yes, he smiled and sighed in relief before slipping the ring onto your finger and pulling you into a kiss in the middle of red carpet.
You both moved into one flat in London, you both couldn't have been happier. You both went and told his family everything, Harrison was beyond happy for you two, he always knew you were both meant for each other, even when you all were kids he always knew you were going to be together forever.
Tom still had work and press to do, so he would always take you with him, he would answer questions and you would giggle in the background, until the interviewer would call you in, to which you run in and jump onto Toms lap and block his face, he would laugh then move you to the side so the camera could see his face. The press and public loved seeing you two together, whenever Tom posted a picture of you together the comments would be spammed with how cute and perfect you were for each other.
Once in awhile you would be so happy with Tom, and you would see how much adoration and love was in his eyes when he looked at you, that the reality of you dying was like a slap to the face. You would start thinking about how it would break him, and what would happen to him, you would break into tears and spend the whole day by yourself in bed sobbing trying to forget. Until Tom would come home and hold you, and tell you everything would be ok.

The wedding was perfect, it was elegant and classy, everything you and Tom have ever wanted. You stood in the dressing room getting the last final touch ups before heading into the Altar, you were extremely nervous but not for a second did you think that you didn't love him, you couldn't help but think how handsome Tom looked in his suit and how nervous he was.
Tom stood staring at the floor as he waited for you to enter through the doors, his hands were sweating with nerves, he wiped them off his suit before looking up at Harrison who was his best man for reassurance, Harrison just smiled and nodded, Tom smiled slightly before his head snapped towards the sound of the doors opening. As soon as he saw you walk down the aisle with your beautiful dress that hugged all your curves perfectly, his nerves disappeared as he smiled feeling like the luckiest man on Earth. The priest said a couple words before letting you say your vows, you cleared your throat before smiling and meeting Toms warm and loving eyes. "Tom, my Tommy. I always knew there was something about you, something that I've always loved, but truth is, it was just you, all of you. I've spent my whole life trying to put you before me, protecting you from the world and myself, when I should've opened up to you and let you protect me too, and I'm sorry. We've both had our own wounds that were killing us slowly, but when we came together we helped each other Stitch them up, with those Stitches we healed together, and I could be happier to be with you, I will always be by your side and love you always. I promise." Tears ran down your face as you finished your vows, you sniffled before looking into Toms teary eyes and nodding. He smiled before starting his vows, "Y/n, the girl next door, my best friend, the girl I loved, the girl who loved me back, and now my soon to be wife. You want to know when I knew I loved you? I knew, when I saw you spend time with another guy, and when you told him you loved him. I realized that you weren't mine, I just didn't notice because you were always with me, I had you and you had me, every hour of every day. I knew I needed you, so I could have someone to hold, talk to, and love. I will be by your side, love you, and hold you. Forever and Always." You looked down at the ground with tears running down your face, Tom reached out and held your hand causing you to look up at him and smile. The priest said a couple more words before, "You may kiss the bride." Tom looked at you smiling and pulled you in by your waist into a passionate kiss, at that moment both your hearts felt as one, you both felt so full of love as your stomachs filled with butterflies.

You dropped the pregnancy test onto the ground and slid onto the ground sobs racking your body, you couldn't help but feel guilt take over your body. Tom quickly ran into the bathroom seeing you on the ground curled up into a ball with pieces of broken glass around you, he carefully pulled you out of the bathroom and sat you down on the bed, you clung onto his body still sobbing. "Love, what happened. Please, talk to me." you sat up wiping away your tears as Tom sat watching you carefully while holding your hand. "I'm pregnant Tom. I know you always wanted kids, I wanted kids too Tommy, but- not when they would grow up without a mother. It's bad enough you have to experience me dying, I-I don't want a kid going through that..." you barely made out the words still crying between them. Tom sighed before wrapping his arms around as you nuzzled yourself into him. "It's alright love, we'll get through this..."

(About a year later)
Tom sat in the small cozy coffee shop as he waited for someone to enter through the door, he rested on his head on his arm as he stared out the window, he sat lost in thought before his phone rang. "Hello? Yeah, I'm here where are you?" his manager mumbled some words over the phone, "Yeah, it's fine. See you tomorrow." he sighed realizing he wasted his time waiting while he could have been home with you and his daughter. He got up a swung his bag over his shoulder and ran a hand through his hair. He walked down the street towards his car, he was exhausted from work but he still smiled, as he was excited to see you and Althea, all he wanted was to hold his daughter in his arms and cover your face in kisses. His phone rang once again in his pocket as he was lost in thought, "Hey love, what's going on?" his eyes widened as he ended the call and quickly sprinted towards his car and driving as fast as he could towards the hospital.

He sprinted through the halls until he reached your room, he slowed down taking a deep breath before opening the door quietly. He walked to your side, seeing your skin pale as snow and your whole body weak and limb, as if the life was being sucked out of you. You still managed to smile as he walked up to take your hand in his and kissing it slowly, "I don't have much time love..." you voice was small and weak causing Tom to flinch as he heard the women he loved be in pain, tears started running down his face as he met your eyes. "You both knew I wouldn't be around forever. But you've made me the happiest I've ever been, and I'm so grateful that you didn't let me lay down and accept my fate." Tears kept running down his face non-stop and he clenched your hand, "Did you talk to Althea? H-how am I supposed to live without you?" his voice was breaking, he tried keeping it together but he couldn't no matter how hard he tried. "Yes, I talked to her. And you'll be ok Tommy-" you stopped swallowing hard as your heart rate started dropping, "You'll be ok. I'll be gone, but I'll always still be with you. You have Althea, she's so strong, and with you taking care of her she'll become even stronger and she'll become the great women that she already is." Your heart rate got slower, Tom wrapped an arm around your body as he cried into you, you slowly moved your hand in his hair and started massaging it just how he loved it. "I'll always be here... and I'll love you... forever and always Tommy." the machine then flatlined, as Tom cried into you "I love you, and I'll never stop..."
Tom raised Althea and watched her become the strong women that she was, just as you said. Even though you were gone he always felt like you were by his side, whenever he looked at his daughter he saw you. And he did, as he promised, love you Forever and Always.
