Personal Opinion: I've waited for the sequel for the sequel like people wait for a free bathroom stall in the mall on black Friday. It does involve mental illness, murder, gore and sexual assault (to some point only) but god damn I didn't like the name Cole before but I love it now. That's how good this book is.
