Chapter 9

**Samantha's POV**

Cam said that he had been meaning to ask me something, and he looked really nervous.

"You know what I'm just going to say it" Cam said.

"Okay"

"Samantha would you maybe want to hang out some time you know just the two of us?" Cam said nervously while scratching the back of his neck.

"Are you asking me out on a date?!?"

" I was kind of trying to, but I just couldn't find the words, and also I'm extremely nervous."

"Well if you are asking me out then yes, yes I would love to!"

"Oh great" he said and he looked relieved.
"How bout tomorrow around 7:00?"

"Seven works for me."

"Ok, well we should probably get Nash and Danielle's drinks and head back."

"Ya, they will be wondering what happened to us."
So we got their drinks and started our walk back.

**Cameron's POV**

"Would you maybe want to hang out sometime you know just the two of us?"
I'm so stupid, I mean I have girls throwing themselves at me and screaming my name, but I can't even ask one out. Well I guess that it's because I don't think I've ever liked a girl like Samantha before. I was so nervous that she would say no and then things would be all awkward, but then she said.

"Are you asking me out on a date?!?"

" I was kind of trying to, but I couldn't find the right words."

"Well if you are asking me out then yes, yes I would love to!"
I let out a sigh of relief, I was so happy and I knew just the place I was going to take her. I figured we should head back now, so we got Danielle and Nash's drinks and headed home.

On the way back Samantha asked me where we were going and I told her that it was a surprise."

"Oo yay I love surprises!!!!" she said

This night was going to be perfect, I will make sure it is."

**Danielle's POV**

I finally heard Samantha and Cam walking to the door. They took forever, I mean how long does it take to get a few drinks?
"Well it took you guys long enough!" I said joking around

"Ya sorry, well I'm going to go give this to Nash." Cam said quickly, and I think that I saw him blush, right before he walked out.

"What was that about?" I said to Sam.

"Nothing" she said

"Well what happened that took you two so long?"

"Well we walked there, and we were talking about baseball, and Cam suggested that we got our drinks and a table, then get your stuff to bring home, so we did, we talked a little, cam asked me out, then we got your stuff, walked home, and here we are, and by the way you owe me $3.89." Sam said very quickly and calmly.

"Woah, woah, woah!, say that last part again."

"That you owe me $3.89?"

"No, no, no, before that."

"That here we are."

"No before that!"

"We walked home?"

"No oh my god!, I'm talking about you and Cam!!!" I said

"Ohhhh that ya, Cameron asked me out!!!!!!

"Well did you say yes?"

"Of course I did, I mean I think it's good, and I think I like him, I just don't want to end up getting hurt, I mean he is famous, and I might just be a phase, I don't know maybe I'm just over reacting, I mean it's just one date, it's not like we're getting engaged. I'm babbling aren't I? I always do that when I'm nervous"

Sam said and she does babble when she's nervous, she has ever sense she was a kid.

"Ya but you can stop there is nothing to be nervous about."

"Your right I'm going to go text Cam to see what I should wear, Cam said that it was a surprise"
And with that Sam went to her room to text Cameron
