Chapter 26: Maybe it will turn out right.

CARTER'S P.O.V.

A month has passed since Logan went to the hospital and when Harry told me that he loved me. Thankfully, good news came in that month not only with Logan, but with Harry and I. The doctors found the cancer in his lungs and stopped it right away before it could become bigger. It was amazing that that happened! As for Harry and I, we've been dating for a month now and he is still the goofball that I knew from the beginning. I still call him Popatar though. And for me, let's just say that Austin got his day in court and is serving the next 10 years of his miserable life in jail! Yes! That night we had a big party, not that I remember it at all, but it was amazing. RIght now I'm sitting on the couch with Harry watching Spongbob. Because what else would two somewhat adults do with their spare time.

"You know what I've always wondered," Harry mentions breaking the silence. I look up for him to continue to go on. "If Sandy's tail is outside of her suit then how come water doesnt come through the opening and just like kill her."

"Are you really trying to figure out this stupid show?" I ask giglling.

"What it's a perfectly good question!" He retorts, making me roll my eyes at him.

"Whatever Popstar." 

"Princess."

"Jerk."

"Moron."

"Idi-"Harry is about to say but Liam interrupts.

"You guys are dating and you still do that?"  Liam asks rolling his eyes at us and sitting next to us. I just shrug my shoulders and continue watching.

"Okay Liam I have a question for you," Harry starts and I know what this is going to be about.

"Just give it a rest Harry!" I groan and Liam looks confused. I would be too if he was stuck with us.

"No this is a valid question!" Harry laughs. "Okay so if Sandy's tail is out of her suit how come water doesn't come through the opening and kill her?" He asks and Liam looks dumbfounded.

"Is he really asking me this right now?" Liam asks me and I nod.

"Don't look at me. You are his bandmate." I shrug and get up. I walk into the kitchen and go for the fridge. Just as I open it Niall walks in.

"Hey trouble." Niall says standing next to me.

"Hey Ni." I mumble back as my eyes are scanning the fridge. Suddenly my eyes land on something. Peanut Butter Pie. I look up at Niall and notice that he sees it too. We buth lunge for it at the same time but I got to it first. I grab it and bolt from the fridge, with Niall following behind closely. 

"Carter give me half of that pie!" Niall yells as I run around Harry and Liam. 

"Never!" I yell back using Harry as a shield.

"What is going on?!" Louis yells running down the stairs with Zayn right behind him.

"Carter won't give me the pie!" Niall yells trying to grab it from me.

"Are you guys really doing this again?" Liam asks rolling his eyes as Niall uses Liam as a shield as well.

"It's Carter and Niall. What else do you expect from them?" Zayn asks sitting down on the couch.

"Carter, just share the pie." Harry says grabbing it from me and holding it above my head. I jump to try to reach it, but I can't get it. Sometimes I hate having a tall boyfriend.

"Fine....." I mumble crossing my arms over my chest. Harry hands the pie to Niall and he runs back to the kitchen.

"Thank you Princess.' Harry says kissing my forehead making me crack a smile.

"Yeah whatever Popstar." I mumble wrapping my arms around his long torso and he does the same, resting his head on mine.

"Ugh. Couples." I hear a voice say. I look up and see Logan in the doorway with Adam by his side. I burst out into a smile and run over to him engulfing him in a hug.

"Logan! You're back!" I exclaim holding onto him tightly. He wasn't supposed to be out of the hospital for atleast another week. All the lads come over and we do a big group hug.

"Why are here? Not that we aren't excited but you were supposed to get out next week!" Louis rambles on as we all sit in the living room.

"Well Adam here helped me break out." Logan jokes. 

"Y'know, wavers and stuff." Adam adds. "Infact they let him out because Mr. Smooth has a date tonight." Woah, did he say DATE?! Logan never goes on dates. Like, EVER. Not even in highschool. Sure, he was a ladies man but he never bothered to date any of them.

"WIth who?" Zayn asks excitedly.

"Okay remember that book store girl? Abigail? Well her friend Ellie broke her arm and she had to room with me! Abi came up to visit her while she was there and recognized me! We started talking and next thing I knew we decided to go on a date!  So tonight at 7 I am picking her up and we are going to dinner." Logan explains and everyone is smiling and is happy. Maybe this whole situation will turn out right for everyone.

Hey guys! SOOOOOOOOOOO sorry I never updated for like a month. Things got busy at the Zoo and I sprained my ankle so I was in a cast and had crutches and I got my braces off so things were busy! But atleast I updated! And I hope you like it!
