Mark:I can control what people are thinking,All a really need to do is look at them for my quirk to work on one person.If I look at the floor by using my quirk then everybody in the room gets the thought.I usually do it in small amounts like when someone is crying from what I can see as sadness,I just make them think of one small positive thought and hope it planted a seed that would bloom into more happy thoughts.I can also fill someone with so many thoughts and if I truly wanted too and play my cards right,then I could make them generally In responsive.
