As Arthur woke up, he was energized and ready for the day. He quickly hopped down from the tree where he slept and found an apple tree yards from where he slept. Picking a bright red apple and taking a bite into it, the sweet apple's flavor burst into his mouth. After not eating anything yesterday, even an apple was delicious.

After eating, Arthur decided to go deeper into the jungle. After a few minutes of adventuring, he saw footprints. He wasn't alone.

He followed the footprints as far as he could but then they suddenly stopped. Where the tracks ended a knife was found, so now Arthur could finally hunt. Meat never sounded so good, after his now familiar diet of fruits.

He continued to head towards the center and he found more tracks. But this time they weren't human. These tracks were large and imprinted deep into the ground. Arthur could've sworn he'd seen them before but they were too large for any animal he knew. He followed the huge tracks till he reached a clearing. And suddenly, he remembered why the tracks seemed familiar. He'd seen them as a kid in a book. They were dinosaur tracks.

In the clearing, stood many dinosaurs that were long extinct. None of them should exist but here they were. He could see every dinosaur he read about as a kid. Arthur stood in awe as the dinosaurs roamed through the clearing. Then out from the woods, came a Tyrannosaurus Rex charging towards one of herbivores.

The T-Rex bit into the small herbivore and tore a chunk of flesh from its side. The herbivore groaned in agony as the T-Rex devoured it without mercy. The T-Rex roared into the air, declaring its kill. Arthur hid back in the forest, realizing these dinosaurs weren't gonna be friendly. The T-Rex then charged a pack of Ankylosaurs. An Ankylosaurus clubbed the T-Rex falling the mighty beast, before it could even bite one of them. Arthur ran through the jungle, away from the clearing, thinking about how these dinosaurs could be alive.

"All the extinct creatures are alive here but how and why...?" Arthur thought to himself. He had to find other humans. He'd already found a knife so he knew they were here but he didn't know whether or not they were alive.

Arthur slowed his pace down as night started to fall. He climbed into a tree and found another spot he could rest. His imagination ran wild as he thought about the possibilities of the animals that could be alive. Possibilities of seeing another human being. He slowly drifted to sleep.

The same screech was heard roaring all throughout the jungle. It woke Arthur like usual and he was already used to this sound. He fell asleep instantly, without a second thought.
