3rd person's pov;
Lee has initially studied in London. He is very much friendly to people.
Its his 9th grade when he first have fallen for a girl called Maya. He loved her very much. Maya is a cute person. She is the most popular girl in her school. She had a boyfriend but have broken up few months ago until lee proposed her.
 Lee have liked every quality of her . He also had his first time with her. They have spent a lot of time together.
2years have passed happily for lee. But one day maya came to lee and told that she loves another guy who is more popular and rich than Mr. Lee at his 12th grade.
After this incident lee took so much time to come out of her.
After few months from this incident a girl called jenny from his class have proposed him. She is not so popular as maya but definetly intelligent. 2 days after that proposal ,lee have accepted her. Not with his heart but only to try some new things out . He gradually started to fall for her . She is a shy type, soft, and needed someone to protect her. Seeing that part of jenny he really wanted to protect her. He wanna look after her like she is his princess. Time have passed happily for lee with jenny
But after 1 year of their relationship he got to know that she is a spy who wanted to know about his company. She have leaked many things about his company to some other company for money. So its a trap of her and is nothing like love in their relationship. But still he tried to accept her cause  he is so into her.
So,he asked her to stop what she was doing so that they can freshly start their relationship. But jenny didnt agree and moreover she even tried to kill him.
After that attempt of murdering lee she was arrested by police.  Lee got justice but his heart didnt get any justice.
Days have passed but for lee its the same day repeating again and again. There is no happiness for him. He have gradually become cold. He started spending his time in clubs. And also partying with girls and started drinking alcohol.

One day as usual he went to pub and met a girl who is from Korea which reminded him of his mom as she was korean.
That night lee felt like  he was been hypnotized by that girl. He went to her and asked her for a dance. That girl has a long black hair,perfectly manicured nails ,eyes sooo deep ,fair skin with pinktone, perfectly done makeup.
After Mr. Lee asking her for dance, she agreed . It's like she is also hypnotized by him.They have perfectly danced in sync there.  Every move is so much effective. They r dancing as if they ve known each other from a long time. Lifts, curls,  twists etc.. Every move of their dance is so perfet. They were into it. Until...
Someone attacked lee from the back. He had fallen to the ground. He turned back to see what just happened.
Then he saw a man dragging that girl without her permission or acceptance. It seemed like she dont even know him.  Lee got up and asked him to stop but he didn't.  So lee started hitting him . punches...... That guy turned to him leaving that girl. But before the stranger took the fight, lee have already knocked him off. His movements are very fast. With this everyone started claping having no idea how easy it is for hom to knock just one person .Then he saw that girl being taken by another boy but this time she know him. He tried to follow them but its waste of time. He missed them.
The next morning he have woken up but he didnt remember anything from last night. Cause he was drunk or something. He just dont know why he keeps on forgetting just sometimes of when he is drunk but not always. He only remembered pieces of last night. He remembered that girl from last night. He is soo much effected by her eyes. He only remembered her eyes. 
After thinking of it for  long time he started writing his feelings from last night down and few qualities that he observed in her. Now he is able to remember every thing from last night except her face.  He remember only her eyes . He also remembered few qualities of her which he have observed before asking her for dance.
A little bit clumsiness, cuteness, bravery.....
These r the qualities that he have observed in her. And then he modified that into a list of qualities that a girl should have whom he is gonna love in the future.

Smart,
Warm hearted,
Cute,
A bit clumsy,
and importantly understanding
