The city folk of Theed were trembling as Lord Vader, three ranking storm trooper officials and a band of red clones marched through their city. As they imperials approached the Royal Palace, the guards stepped aside in both fear and respect.

Queen Jamillia hurried out of the palace, greeting them at the base of the royal stairs within the foyer. "Lord Vader," she bowed to him. "What a pleasant surprise! What brings you by our wonderful city?"

Lord Vader scoffed, pointing an angry finger at her. "I am here to dethrone you and take Naboo as an Imperial Headquarters." He took a deep, calming breath inwardly as his hand dropped and his voice relaxed slightly. "I suggest for the sake of your people, you submit to us and cooperate..."

Jamillia stood up abruptly, "I'm sorry but what did you just say?"

Cody popped his blaster up, walking towards her slowly. "You will step down and cooperate or these halls will be filled with the blood and screams of your people!" Vader put his arm out, keeping Cody from going any closer to the queen.

Before Vader could bark at Cody for steeping out of bounds, he noticed a cloaked figure hiding within the shadows. He was about to command whomever it was to step forward but Queen Jamillia brought his attention back to the matter at hand.

"Say that again?" He asked, turning to look at the former queen. "I said that Theed is yours. In fact, as my last act as queen," Jamillia declared. "I will throw you and your imperial superiors a ball in honor of your new residence."

Vader glanced at Rex who just shrugged. "Captain Rex," He acknowledged, causing Rex to stand at attention. "Escort the Queen to her chambers and see to it that this...ball...is taken care of." Rex saluted him before taking Queen Jamillia away.

Vader then turned to face his troops. "Commander Fox, have your men fan out and guard all exits while you go shut down their communications center."

Fox then started barking out orders as Vader turned to leave with Cody in tow. "Sir," Cody muttered. "I apologize for stepping out of line. Please forgive me for that little moment of insub-"

Vader stopped abruptly, "Whatever, I don't care. Now shut up and help me find this..."

Cody stood next to him, looking around them casually. "This what, sir?"

Vader then spotted a hooded face peek around the corner. "There, follow them! I want them to come forward!" Cody dashed off down the hall with Lord Vader in tow.

Cody bolted around the corner, seeing the cloaked figure sprinting down the hall through the servants. "Stop!" He shouted to the person over and over, running farther down the hall.

The figure skidded around another corner to the left to the courtyard gardens, dropping their cloak in the middle of the path. They jumped between some bushes and casually walked through the garden admiring the beautiful flowers.

Cody came jogging into the gardens, slowing down as he came down the main path. The garden was filled with lots of vegetation as well as a few servant girls heading inside.

"He went that way," a voice came from Cody's right. He turned to face a petite, servant girl with long curl that reached the small of her back. She had big, brown doe eyes that complimented her unearthly beautiful face. She wore a strapless, soft orange dress that reached her knees and she was barefoot. She pointed to the other side of the garden, reminding the soldier of the Angels of Iego by her stance.

Cody smirked, "Thanks Angel." He strolled with the cloak in tow, down the main path towards the opposite side of the garden. Just as he disappeared into the flowers, Vader came through the garden from where Cody had ran in. He saw many flowers and the garden seemed to be deserted.

He took a moment to breath, taking in the beauty of this place. Making sure no one was around, Vader slipped off his helmet and ran a hand through his sandy waves. Letting out a sigh, he walked up to the fountain. Reaching in with his hand, he got a palmful of water and splashed his face in an attempt to cool him off.

Then he was hit with a presence, one that seemed all too familiar. He looked to the right, casually looking at the side pillars that hid a walkway that surrounded the whole garden. Peeking behind a pillar, he caught a wave of curls swirl around out of his view.

"Wait, come back!" He cried, running to the pillar. As he ran through the pillars, he felt the presence disappearing which meant he was truly alone.

The woman had just made it inside to a hidden servant closet, her brown mane of curls pooling around her hips. She had seen him, for the first time in a year. It's true, she thought to herself.

My Anakin is alive and he is here...
