And there they were, both looking at each other, feeling that time passed slowly, blinded by their immense differences, feeling something they had never felt before.

And there they were, fearful of each other knowing that by touching them they would disappear.

And there they were both together and at the same time separated by a distance as big as the same space, and even if they were not alone, they felt unique.

And there were both of them with so many doubts, fears, frustrations and desires to know, to know what would happen, to know how it would turn out.

And there they were, admiring each other without blinking, smiling to hide the feeling that already flooded them.

And there they were both without moving or advancing, they could not approach, seeing the few minutes before sunset.

And there the two saw how the sun spills while the moon rises with its radiance.

And there the two stayed, because they knew that they would always be there, one for the other.

Los Dos

Y ahí estaban los dos mirándose fijamente uno al otro sintiendo que el tiempo pasaba lento, cegados por sus inmensas diferencias, sintiendo algo que nunca habían sentido.

Y ahí estaban los dos, con miedo uno del otro al saber que al tocarse se desvanecerian.

Y ahí estaban los dos juntos y a la vez separados por una distancia tan grande como el mismo espacio, y aún qué no estaban solos se sentían únicos.

Y ahí estaban los dos con tantas dudas, miedos, frustraciones y ganas de saber, de saber que pasaría, de saber cómo resultaría.

Y ahí estaban los dos admirandose uno al otro sin parpadear, sonriendo para disimular el sentimiento que ya los inundaba.

Y ahí estaban los dos sin moverse ni avanzar, no podían acercarse más, viéndose los pocos minutos antes del ocaso.

Y ahí seguían los dos viendo como cae el sol mientras que la luna se alza con su resplandor.

Y ahí se quedaron los dos, por que sabían que siempre estarían ahí, el uno para el otro.
