I woke up and remembered the good and bad points of yesterday, mostly bad. My head felt like it was on fire because apparently I can't turn into a wolf without consequences, stupid magic. There was only me left in the dorm, realizing that History of Magic was starting in.. 0 minutes. I jumped from the bed and found a potion on the shelf next to me, with a note written in very neat handwriting, it read.

"Juliet, this potion should help the head pain a little bit, next time don't be an idiot and show yourself like that again, S.S" Underneath my fathers rude note Pansy scribbled "He made me let him in, sorry Juliet".

I quickly chugged down the potion and got into my uniform, running out of the dungeons with a cereal bar in my mouth I kept under my pillow, for emergencies. Without knocking I stormed into the classroom, earning looks from everyone in the classroom. "Sorry Professor, I was attacked by llamas!" I shouted out of breath, then I noticed the Gryffindors on the other side of the classroom. "Oh hey Gryffindors!" I waved.

"Sit down, Ms Snape, Ill let your father know about your tardiness." Binns scolded, making me sigh heavily and collapse in the chair at the back, where nobody was sat on the row.

"Professor, I was wondering if you could tell us about the chamber of secrets." Hermione asked politely. He wanted to try and avoid the question, but now catching all the children's attention, it was difficult.

"My subject is History of Magic Miss Granger, I deal with facts. In September-"

"But aren't legends based on facts?"

"Hmm, good point. Chamber of secrets, Well when Hogwarts was founded by four founders, Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, Helga Hufflepuff and Salazar Slytherin, they all had different traits they believed should be in people when they join the school, the Slytherins however, were very... Selective" then he explained that when Salazar left he created a chamber, which only his true heir could open and unleash the monster to get rid of the half bloods and muggle borns, which freaked everyone out.

The lesson ended and I ran out as quickly as I could, flashes from Collin's camera blurred my vision as I walked down the corridor, trying to find some explanation from his rambling. This year will be eventful I can tell. Behind me Ron was ranting "Who do we know who thinks all muggle-borns are scum?" Ron said as the three of them caught up with me.

"If you're talking about Draco-" I began.

"Of course I am! You heard him, -"You'll be next mudbloods!" - you've only got to look at his foul rat face"

"Malfoy? The Heir of Slytherin?" Hermione asked, pulling her book closer to her chest nervously.

"Look at his family" Harry explained "The whole lot of them were in Slytherin, hes always boasting about it, his father is definitely evil though"

I rolled my eyes at him, its good to know other sides to people, I couldn't blame their accusations, I would too if I didn't know them like I do.

"How will you prove it?" I laughed.

"Well, it would be difficult and dangerous, not to mention breaking about 50 school rules" Hermione thought out loud.

"Explain." Ron said impatiently, stopping in the middle of the empty corridor.

"What we need to do is get into the Slytherin common room and talk to Malfoy, without him realising its us" Hermione smiled slightly evilly for her, both Harry and Ron looked at me.

"No! No way am I going to spy, on one of my best friends to prove you wrong! Not going to happen!" I shouted, standing back from them, both sighed and turned to Hermione, "But how?"

"Polyjuice potion would do it, it will be difficult to get the recipe, from the restricted section." Hermione answered.

"Comon Mione" Ron laughed "Which teacher would be so stupid to give us a note-"

Then we all stopped, realising the exact person to help.

"Will you have it by dinner?" I asked curiously.

"We have DADA with Ravenclaw next" Hermione nodded, then I walked away, catching up with my own house to Transfiguration.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Did you get it?" I whispered later at dinner to them, earning glares off my Father and Slytherins.

"Yep, and the book itself" Hermione smiled accomplished, "It will take a month" I sighed and walked to my table.

"What did they want?" Draco scolded taking a bite out of his apple angrily.

"They are my friends Drake" I whined, gripping onto the table.

"Well I don't wan't you talking to them"

"Or what?" I challenged.

"Be with them then! I don't want to look at you" He spat, turning away.

The words shocked me, I looked over to father's table helpless and he shook his head, disgusted in me. A tear fell down my face as I got up, the whole hall silencing and turning to me, I walked toward the doors and Hermione looked like she was about to follow, I shook my head for her to stay and ran out, towards the door and through the corridor, to the Black lake.

I lay down, looking at the stars with the tears down my face, this year so far, had been horrible.

It was a couple of minutes until a soft voice spoke from next to me "Hey Jules" I looked up to see Harry, on his own, sat next to me with a small smile on his face. "How did you find me?"

"Believe it or not, I go here when I want to be alone too, so If you want I'll leave you to thin-" I grab his hand and pull him next to me "Please don't leave me" He nods and awkwardly looks down and my hand, still holding his, I pull away and blush deeply, showing on my pale skin.

I look back to the stars and smile, maybe this year will get better, even if my father and Draco aren't happy with me. As if he read my mind he whispered "We will always be here for you, Slytherin or not." I sat up and looked surprised at the boy, he still lay there with his eyes closed.

"Thankyou." I smiled.
