Chapter 3: Death

Naruto sat on the Hokage mountain, a small frown on his face as he looked at the village below, something he once thought was his home. 

It wasn't, homes weren't where you had to look both directions just so you don't get hit with a piece of fruit, or have to break back into your apartment because the owner of the complex keeps switching the locks, even though you paid your rent, or just a place that treats you like trash because you have no control over anything in your life, and it's spiraling out of control. 

"Not anymore, I won't suffer anymore." Naruto muttered to himself, before a voice behind him spoke up. 

"I assume you've made your decision." Naruto perked up, raising his head and turning it, just barely being able to see the masked man out of the corner of his eye. 

"Yes, I'll come with you." 

"Good. And since we'll be partners, you need to know my name. My name is Tobi, nothing more, nothing less." Naruto let a small smile come across his lips. 

"Nice to meet ya Tobi. I guess we'll be together for a long while." 

"Indeed. But first, you need to die." Tobi said before grabbing Naruto's wrist quickly and taking a kunai and sliding it across the boy's arm, drawing blood. 

"Wait, what? You lied to me!" Naruto yelled, trying to drag his hand out of the man's grip, to no avail. 

"Hardly. Zetsu, hurry and drink it." A pure white man came out of the ground and began drinking the blood that was coming out of Naruto's arm, not leaving a drop wasted. After he was done, Tobi did a quick healing jutsu, healing Naruto's wound. 

"What the hell was that?" Naruto shouted, before he felt a hand against his mouth. 

"Shut up and watch." The man said as the Zetsu made a couple hand seals, before he turned into an exact copy of Naruto. 

"Hi, I'm Naruto Uzumaki, believe it!" Naruto deadpanned. 

"I'm not that annoying, am I?" The real Naruto asked. 

"Believe it!" The Zetsu-Naruto exclaimed in another shout. Naruto let out a defeated sigh. Tobi then walked over to the fake Naruto and stabbed him in the heart, before he held him by the cloak and threw him off the mountain. 

"There, now the village has no reason to hunt you if you go missing, you committed suicide, let's go before Anbu investigate the area." Naruto looked at the village one last time before sighing. 

"Yes, let us go." Naruto replied before he and Tobi were sucked up in a vortex, and appeared in a small cave. 

"Come, we must get you a new arm, which will give you a tremendous power increase, and if you wish, new eyes." Naruto raised an eyebrow. 

"How would getting me a new arm increase my power? I don't understand." Tobi stopped walking and looked at Naruto with his one black eye that was visible. 

"The arm you are going to get is one that was off a Zetsu, it will grant you incredible strength that one arm, and it also contains the DNA and chakra of the First Hokage, who was able to manipulate wood using Mokuton. Once the arm is correctly attached to yours, the DNA will transfer to the rest of your body, making you able to use Mokuton to the same ability as the First Hokage with some training, which you will experience plenty enough." 

Naruto's eyes widened at the prospect of having his own Kekkei Genkai, it seemed so absurd, yet, so awesome that he could just get a new arm and get more powerful. 

"Wait, you said eyes, what do you mean?" Tobi and Naruto walked into a room that had a whole wall filled with jars of eyes, making Naruto cringe in disgust. 

"Ew, what the hell is this?" Naruto said, trying not to puke at the sight of the eyeballs. 

"These are Sharingan from the fallen Uchiha Clan when Itachi Uchiha decided to go berserk and kill every last one of them save for his little brother, Sasuke." Tobi said plainly. 

"That's very...morbid." Naruto commented. "I think I'm going to skip on the eyes if you don't mind." Tobi nodded. 

"Very well, let's get your new arm on, see you tomorrow." 

"What do you-" Naruto began before Tobi chopped him in the back of the neck, making him fall unconscious, falling to the ground in a heap. 

"Zetsu, get him to the operating table and get a new arm on him, I need him as strong as possible." Zetsu appeared almost instantly. 

"Of course." Zetsu said, gently picking up the boy. Tobi began coughing, taking off his mask to reveal a feminine face that was distorted and slightly paler on the left side of her face. 

"God, I hate having to do deep pitch voices." Obito said, her voice now way lighter and more feminine now. 

"Then why must you insist on acting like a boy? We both know you can only keep it from Naruto for so long." Obito shook her head, her hair coming lose from being hidden by her mask. 

"I don't wish to go over this again Zetsu. Leave it alone, that's an order." Zetsu bowed. 

"Of course, ma'am." Obito growled a little at the slightly laughing Zetsu before putting her hair back in her mask and putting it on her face. 

"Get him ready, now." A deep voice resonated from the mask, and Zetsu bowed before he walked away with the boy in his arms. Obito sighed. 

"This is gonna be a long four years." 

1 Day Later 

Naruto sat up instantly, his eyes widened from the shock of being jolted awake. He looked up at the offender to see Tobi sitting there, his eyes boring into Naruto's. 

"You've been asleep for 36 hours, time to wake up and begin your training, and hopefully, get you strong enough to combat Nagato head to head." 

"Who?" Naruto questioned the masked man. Tobi shook his head. 

"Don't worry until you turn 16, that's the time you will ready to face the Akatsuki with me." Naruto nodded. 

"Okay." His eyes traveled down to his new arm, which was ten times paler than he was. He slowly moved the fingers, then moved the whole arm, a grin forming on his face. He looked at Tobi and closed his eyes in a genuine smile. 

"Thank you! Thank you so much!" He said, tears of happiness almost coming to his eyes as they stung. 

"You won't be thanking me for long, because now is where I welcome you to hell, something I've been living in for a very, very long time." Tobi said menacingly. 

And done! Plot twist eh? Yeah. I think I decided on the pairing. 

Anyways, I think I'm going to do flashbacks every now and then, but do a timeskip so the plot can advance you know? It'll be fun. 

I pulled the best Extreme Leader in Dokkan Battle today, so that made my day, couldn't get that new fucking Goku though, even though I spent way more stones on it. Oh well. Also, I have all the Neos except for Janemba. 

Anyways, yeah.
