"This is all for you?", the cashier smiled, scanning the Hydrangeas and reaching over the counter to hand them back to Sana.
Sana nodded, handing her the money and just walking off, not bothering with change or that she had just paid 10 dollars for one small thing of flowers.
She was late. She knew it. In a short amount of time she got in her car and tried to beat traffic but everyone was going home from work at this time and it was nearly impossible.
She finally arrived, her head ducked- she wasn't dressed for a funeral as decent as she should've been but her tennis skirt and jumper would need to be enough.
Once she opened the first door it was dead silent. No. She carefully opened the main door, where the funeral was told to have been hosted in, nobody was there.
It took her no more then a second to get back into her car and high tail it to where he was being buried at. Honks and near accidents were often as she sped- avoiding a ticket somehow, down the busy streets.
There she saw a group of people- her and his friends, leaving. Walking spread out, Jimin bawling and everyone else just as upset.
She got out quickly, taking a few steps away from her car her throat choking on air- holding in the urge to cry. "You missed it.", Taehyung said, approaching the spaced out girl before getting into his car and waiting on Namjoon.
She dropped the flowers, right there- right on the parking lot cement and practically jumped into her car, she was embarrassed she didn't know if anyone saw her but Jimin did.
And he needed her. Instead, he watched her speed off- not knowing how dangerous it was for the shaking girl to be driving right now.
She wanted to care for everyone crying right now, but that one stupidly obvious sentence from Taehyung made her lose it herself. Two people crying is never good for comforting.
Far away. That's where she went, all the way to the furtherest gas station she could find- needing gas after the trip.
This is where her car broke down with him beside her, Jimin and Taehyung in the backseat. It was one of the nicest, rather chilly, nights that they ever had.
The four of them hung out at the station, after calling someone to come help, buying snacks of every sort wasting money on shit they didn't need.
They explored the shifty area of town and Yoongi ate that up, every area he just took in- Sana saw it in his glistening brown eyes. He wished he had a camera, he's always wanted one and surely if he had the money he would've bought one.
Nobody else had the spare money for a camera, they were all saving for college supplies at that time.
Sana was just about to leave when a car came pulling into the parking lot at a very fast speed- Jimins car. She wanted to speed off, leave and not face the embarrassment or his harsh words she assumed he'd throw at her.
Jimin was walking as if he had glass in his shoes, he could barely see though his tears and was thankful for his Professor Seokjin riding with him and guiding him along the roads.
Sana bolted out of her vehicle, locking it before just because of the neighborhood and not trusting anyone around here. "J-Jimin. Breathe, hey! You don't want him to see you like this!", she said, trying to comfort the panicking boy.
Seeing that empty casket get placed into the ground was a reminder to Jimin, he's fucking dead. The body gone, god knows where that was, and replaced with his insides the only pieces of him the police and investigators could find.
Oh god.
