"He's gon-"
"Don't.", Sana stopped him, the death hadn't hit her yet- simply the fact she missed the funeral. And she didn't want it to, she didn't want to believe what Jimin was saying.
"Sana he's dead. He died, gone, you didn't even bother saying goodbye!", Jimin said, his anger growing from being so sad every day of his life since the incident.
"I tried. Jimin, it will be okay. We have to push on, be a brave boy for me- if not for me, for him.", she sighed.
"Don't tell me to be brave, you don't get to do that.", Jimin said. He didn't even know if he was upset with Sana or just upset with the world, he wasn't himself that's for sure.
"Jimin, I cant do funerals. Everyone is so sad, I can't comfort everyone- and I hate it, I couldn't go to his funeral and not think negative thoughts.", Sana tried to make sense but her own brain was feeling scattered. "Yoongi deserves a better person than me being at his funeral. After all of our fights I doubt he'd want me there."
"Quit the cop outs, I haven't slept in days, I was a pet to Yoongi I followed him around like a lost puppy. Feelings were never mutual, I know I annoyed the shit out of him- even I know he would've wanted me there.", he told her. "You missing was your own selfishness."
That's when Sana got angry with the elder. Disrespect was never something she enjoyed, but he had called her selfish.
"I'm selfish? Who's been there for you no matter what, Jimin? Who's babied you and cared for you when nobody else cared?", she asked, slowly getting back into her car.
"I wish it wasn't you. If I knew one day our friend would pass and you wouldn't attend the funeral to say goodbye to him-"
"There was nothing to say goodbye too! It was an empty fucking casket, Jimin!"
She's never regretted words more.
