Okay, I am SOOO sorry for not posting sooner. Sadly, my summer like suddenly got busy and I was out all day the past two days with zero chances to write. SO SORRY! To compensate, I will (hopefully) update this story TWICE today, and my other story, The Inevitable, once or twice today.

I AM SO SORRY I'M A TERRIBLE PERSON AND I FEEL HORRIBLE FOR THE EXTRA WAIT TIME AND JUST ASDFGHJKL; I'M SORRY.

Anyways, I'm dedicating this chapter to 1d_lover27 cuz she fanned me! Lol... So... stay unmiserable my hopefully content fudgekins.

P. S. I love condiments. So does @DiemmyNguyen8... I think...

P. P. S. The picture is one I found on tumblr and I stared at his eyes in it for about 10 minutes because I think they look so beautiful and I think it's probably the best pic of Louis I've seen yet.

Harry’s POV

“Look, I’m sorry, okay? If I could let you go I would. But I can’t. So I’m sorry,” Lucy groaned. A small part of me was still mad at her, she did kidnap us after all, but I thought Liam was being too mean. She said it herself, it wasn’t under her control. It wasn’t her fault her boss was making her do this.

Her eyebrows furrowed and her gaze flickered down to her arms, which had fading horizontal slashes on them. Suddenly, her eyes glazed over and the blood drained from her face.

“Are you okay?” Louis asked her. She didn’t answer, just kept her intense gaze on her arms, looking sick to the stomach.

“Are you okay?” I repeated. Again, she didn’t say anything. What was wrong? She stood up quickly, and immediately paled even more. Suddenly, her eyes closed and she started to fall. Impulsively, I put my arms out so she wouldn’t crash to the ground.

“What the hell just happened?” Niall asked, fear dominating his face.

“I don’t know,” I replied. “Zayn, get some ice cold water,” I demanded and gently set Lulu on the couch. Louis was standing there, just staring at her, as if willing her to wake up.

“I bet it has something to do with her boss,” he finally mused as Zayn handed me the cup of water. “She was staring at her scars and then…” he trailed off, lip quivering. I simply nodded and splashed the water on her face. After a long while, she groaned and her eyelids fluttered open.

“Are you alright?” I asked her gently. Her face took on a confused expression.

“I was just remember the days I was tortured and then…” she trailed off.

“But you’re okay now, right?” Louis asked.

“I dunno,” she frowned.

“You probably just fainted from the weight of the memory and stress associated with it,” Liam casually said. “Not that I care,” he quickly added, and I noticed Louis clenching his fists.

“Calm down,” I mouthed to him, and immediately he stopped balling up his fists, but the angry look in his eyes stayed.

Suddenly, I heard the song Stereo Hearts start to play. That was Lucy’s ringtone… Wasn’t it? I shot her a questioning look, not surprised to see her looking miserable. I lunged for the phone and grabbed it, quickly running to the kitchen while Lucy tried to grab the phone out of my tight gasp.

Brian, the Caller ID read. Wasn’t that her boss?

“Give me my phone!” Lucy screamed. I answered the call and backed out through the other entrance of the kitchen, running up the stairs and slamming the door to my room shut.
