A Chance to Change (Success)

Chapter 5

I rush home with a big stupid smile on my face.  That boy was too fine and cute for his own good. I don't really come across dudes like him. I mean a lot of lil boys try to holla at me and call out disrespectful names at me. But no one has ever tried to really get my attention or really get to know me like that. I hope we meet again.

As I walk up to my house, I see my cute lil Frankie waiting for me. I run up to him and give him a big hug with my arms wrapped around his neck.

"Fuck girl, you hug me like that and imma think you tryna be my bae forreal" he says while wrapping his arms around my waist.

"Frankie what did i tell you about cursing around me" I say while giving him my death glare (only playfully though lol).

"Sorry bae. Never again!" He say while crossing his heart. I laugh and sit down on my porch. He sits down next to me. "Soooo, who these dudes that were following you around? Do i need to stomp somebody?" He says while cracking his knuckles.

I laugh again n slap his shoulder. "Boy I'm not your bae! You don't need to be checkin' anybody for me. They weren't doing nun but tryna get in my pants. Well except that one boy...." i say while smiling to myself.

Frankie gets this look in his eyes but it vanishes before i could tell what it was. "These lil boys can't compare to me Chance. And girl I would check anyone for you baby. Even you boy Shawn." And sure enough Shawn steps out of the house with a nice looking suit and briefcase. Shawn maybe my guardian but will forever be the sexiest man ever.
"What was that Frank??" He says while giving Frankie a hard look. I don't think he likes Frankie very much.

"Oh nun Mr. Shawn. Just chillin with my babygirl Cece" Frankie says while grabbing my shoulder and pulling me into a quick hug. He then returns Shawn with the same hard look. I don't think Frankie cares for Shawn either.

I quickly get up and jump into Shawn's arms. I give him a even bigger hug than I gave Frankie.

Shawn starts to look a lil uncomfortable but returns my hug. "Didn't you tell me earlier you weren't giving me anymore hugs?" He says while giving me his cute smile.
"I lied!! Now have a great day at work Shawn. Come back to me!!" I say while giving him a small peck on the cheek. I think he blushes a bit. But that can't be possible.
"Why don't you kiss me like that Cece!!!???" Frankie yells and stands up angrily. I know he's playing because he used my nickname. 

"She shouldn't be kissing anyone but me. Thank you Chance. I'll be back to make you dinner. Have a great day too. And try to find better friends. Preferably ones your age. And female."  He says while walking away and heading to his car. As he drives off, Frankie puffs out air and says "She loves me more than you fool"
I laugh and tell him we should get to work

After a few hours, we are finished setting up appointments with clients and checking out accounts and balances. I usually let Juliana, my accountant, handle that but I like to double check everything. I tell Frankie goodbye with a pout on my face.
"What's the matter bae?" He says while flicking my bottom lip.

"Imma miss my lil Frankie" i say while pouting more.
"You're so adorable!!" He grabs me for a hug. "But we gonna see each other tomorrow girl! Suck it up!"

"Whatever boy! See you later cutie" i say while blowing him a kiss n closing the door. Right before i close the door, I think I saw him blush just a tiny bit but I let it go.

After a while I get bored so head outside to go to the store for some snacks. I changed out of my sweats and sports bra and put on a crop top and some fitted jeans. While I'm walking back outside the store, I hear a familiar voice....
