Water... WATER! I grabbed the water bottle that my sister was holding up to my lips and gulped down as much as I could handle.
"Careful there, you'll choke." A new voice said. I turned in the direction of the new voice and saw a guy with strikingly blue eyes.
I did not choke, but I did cough in surprise. "You have about 15 seconds to tell us who you are, and why you're here. Or I'll kill you." I glare at the intruder with my best death glare. Luna opens her mouth to protest but I cut her off. "10 seconds.. 9...8."
"Oh! My name's Ace Miller, I'm 19. I'm here because I live here, and I helped you and your sister get away from those things you call rotters." He puts his hand out to shake mine but I ignore it and keep glaring. I don't trust this guy at all. Ace takes his awkard hand I rejected a handshake from, and uses it to nervously run his fingers through his platinum blonde hair.
Platinum blonde huh? Looks fake and bleached.
"Hey, Luna," He flashes her a reassuring smile. "Just holler if you need me okay?" Luna smiles dreamily at him and I scrunch my face up in disgust.
She's completely under his spell. Curse his good looks!
"Thanks for helping us, Ace. Solis appreciates the act of kindness, sorry about her rudeness, she just doesn't trust people." Luna glares daggers at me while I scoff.
"You're welcome," Ace meets my gaze just before he exits the bedroom door, "Don't worry Solis, you can trust me." He added, as I watched his lips stretch into a smile.
I stick my tongue out, yes in a very childish way.
"I don't understand why're you're so rude to him. He just helped me save your life right after you passed out for the umpteenth time!" Luna nagged. She gasps dramatically, "Is it because you think he's cute? You're always a bitch to guys you think are cute."
"Woah, woah, woah! First of all, you shouldn't trust people so easily, He could be faking his nice personality for all we know! Second of all, I DO NOT THINK HE'S CUTE. You can have him, I don't want him, especially after you looked so desperate for him." I ranted.
Luna's eyes almost bulged out of sockets, "Sis, what the hell? Watch your mouth!"
I could feel a smirk tugging at my lips, "Don't even try to deny the thoughts you were having about him, I could see it in your eyes hun, and you have some drool on your shirt."
I cackled loudly when Luna tried to wipe her drool away, and in realization, her face turned so red it looked like a baboon's butt.
"It's the fucking zombie apocalypse sis, If I can't get any with the undead, then Ace Miller with that sharp jawline and my imagination is the only answer." Luna winked.
I wiggled my eyebrows at her, "Lu, unless you're into necrophilia, then I think you'd be all set!"
After a good half hour discussing Luna's r-rated thoughts about the blonde haired, blue eyed, plump lips with pearly white teeth smile, husky sounding guy (this was Luna's description of him, cue me rolling my eyes) named Ace Miller. I decided we needed to talk about something more important, "We need to find out exactly who he is, what his weaknesses are and use that against him if he ever tries to kill us."
"Smart thinking, Sol. But he's hot-"
"Ugh, I know. You've established that already." I groaned.
"Let me finish sis! He's good looking, very smiley, and a personality nice enough that I have come to a conclusion, that I just don't think he's a bad guy."

Short Story"Um, why is he eating her face?" Luna scrunches up her face in disgust as one of the guys digs into the girl's cheek. "Ugh, gross that's some cannibalism shit right there." Suddenly I watch as Luna's face contorts into horror, "Oh Jesus, Mary, and...
